These desserts are truly works of art

I love chocolate and desserts and have eaten more than my fair share. When I stepped into this place, I was truly amazed by the look of the desserts. Everything looked so good. Even stuff I wouldn't usually look twice at, such as lemon bars, were tempting. We went to this place twice during... read more

This is the perfect place for a late night dessert. Usually my boyfriend and I get two hot chocolates and share a slice of cake. My favorite is anything chocolate...decadent! Everything is beautifully decorated. There are also two locations in downtown. I like the one on fifth just a little bit better...feels more like a desert place...the other one feels... More

I've been a long time lover of extraordinary dessert, the cakes are yummy but the service always sucked. I just recently made a trip back there -after about a year of staying away-with my friends on a Saturday night, and despite being the most busy I've seen it....the staff was actually attentive and helpful. A MIRACLE. They had one of... More

Although I most certainly have a sweet tooth, I seldom order desserts in restaurants, because they usually disappoint. These days, so many restaurants serve mass-produced cheesecakes and frozen desserts that are supplied from wholesale manufacturers. My favorite part of a meal usually ends up being bland and unexceptional. Needless to say, I was compelled to visit any shop claiming to... More

So there are 2 locations. I prefer this location as opposed to the downtown one since I find this one is more cozy and quiet, while downtown's is more urban and busy. But I won't say 'no' to either! =-) Also, the downtown one has an expanded menu including sandwiches, salads...this one's ALL about the dessert. When going, know this:... More

We decided to stop buy and get some dessert after going to a show at the Old Globe. We got there around 11pm on Friday night and the place was packed, they even had a security guard monitoring the number of people allowed inside. While standing in line we noticed a person in the group behind us leave to go... More

Trendy upscale dessert spot. There are so many great offerings that it's to choose. This is not the place for a "tight wad." Don't go here looking for a cheap date...but it's worth every penny. Tried the carrot cake which was fantastic and chocolate truffle loaf...scrumptious! The server was very personable. She made great recommendations. They Kiwi Lemonad is a... More
