It's a bit loud because of the cavernous industrial type interior, so not good for intimate meals. It has a great glass display and small retail area to keep guests busy because there's almost always a wait.

This place serves just desserts, but, oh, boy, what desserts. We just happened on to it one evening and said lets go in. Cheesecakes, German chocolate cake, Double Mousse cake, Pasteries, tortes, you name it. The is a place for the true gormet, dessert aficionado. You can also eat there and the coffee is delicious.

We stopped mid afternoon on a weekend and waited about ten minutes for a table inside. The wait went by fast as we ogled the amazing array of beautiful desserts displayed in glass cases across the front of the dining room. We dispatched with a charcuterie plate and small plate of cheese before moving on to a gorgeous slice of... More

I have loved every dessert I have ever gotten here. It can be a bit expensive, but it is worth it and great date place.

Everything about this place is easy 5 stars. Their food, drinks, desserts, ambiance, everything is fabulous. Even the smallest item on their menu like hot chocolate is awesome. We have been going to this restaurant regularly for almost 4-5 years and never been disappointed. Their desserts are incredibly good and I HEART their endless collection of tea. I am a... More

The desserts looked wonderful, and they were good, but not extraordinary. What WAS extraordinary was the prices. We thought they were a bit pricey...$55 for 2 drinks and 3 desserts...that's pricey!

Excellent desserts, HUGE portions! Buy one and share, 2 is way too much! Expect to line up for 15-20 mins, but well worth the wait. So good, we went twice in a 5 day trip.

This is the best dessert place in California. The experience is amazing. You will find something for every sweet palate. It's worth standing in line for 30 minutes to order and get your table. It's our go to place everything we come down to San Diego.

A great place for great desserts. Some may think it's over priced but the whole experience it's worth it once you take that first bite. Our group was of six people, each one ordering something different. We all shared our desserts with each other since the desserts are big portions. This is what I ordered "individual cheesecake" delicious. Yes, you... More
