This place serves delicious pastries, cakes, desserts, teas and coffees among other yummy options. The service is diligent, friendly and very efficient. The cakes are exquisitely decorated- very artisticaly crafted. The atmosphere is cozy and sophisticated. Great tea and coffee variety, served to perfection. My favorite spot to grab a coffee with friends or solo. Perfect for a tête à... More

I made a list of places to eat while in San Diego on vacation, based on their reviews. Extraordinary Desserts was one of them. The desserts were some of the best I ever had. I had the Passion Fruit Ricotta Cake(a must try). Try the Au Chocolat if you like Chocolate(you won't be disappointed). Browse through the pictures in the reviews... More

Wow - if you're a dessert junkie, this is the place! Quite pricey, so be prepared, but very, very good! Their desserts are delicious, different and very pretty to look at. You'll want one of each, but the cost will make you think twice...

Walked here to end my last night in San Diego. The desserts were awesome. Might be pricey but it's San Diego,CA. We picked up our special cake we selected and walked back to apartment , discovered that the special ice cream was not placed in the sack for the take out; other than that .... Would probably go back again.

I was a constant costumer of them since 2005. they desserts are great, and I think no one can top their decorations specially. their cakes are really good for special occasions, and their Napoleons are to die for (of course if you are lucky enough to get one because they usually go really fast). However unfortunately very recently I started... More

I went on a Monday evening and did not have to deal with the long line. I sat outside on the patio, which was cooler than inside. I was impressed with the look of the desserts. The ice cream was excellent! Best I've ever had. The lemon bar was also very good, though not the best ever. The blueberry "cheesecake"... More

I've been here now 3 times for meetings in the evening. The service has gotten progressively worse. If you have people from out of town and they want pretty looking desserts this is a good place. The flavors don't stand out. The line is always insane, they don't turn on air conditioning inside and you are going to wait forever... More

The line in the evening was down the sidewalk so we decided to return the next day in the afternoon. No line. Great! Cakes approx $10 each slice. Slices not huge, but we didn't finish anyway... because the calories weren't worth it. I regretted what I did eat - eaten because we had paid so much! Would never go again.... More

Excellent dessert. Cute atmosphere. We went here on a recommendation from a friend since we were visiting the area. We got a tiramisu dessert and split it. It was amazing. Loved the presentation as well. It was so pretty I didn't want to eat it! Perfect date spot after dinner!
