I guess the hype of this place is more than the quality if service. The location, decor and food are great. Service wasn't there the night we went. We were entertained due the the company we were with but I wouldn't return here unless someone really wanted to go!

Really this restaurant only deserves 2 1/2 stars our opinion. The beer is the exception, the food leaves a bit to be desired. The garlic fries were dissapointing, stale and hard and the roasted minced garlic was just thrown in the middle of the fries and parm cheese wasn't melted. Mixed salad was nothing special. Husband said the Islander burger... More

Service was excellent, food was well prepared and the pace of the meal was just right. We were a table of 4 adults, but we witnessed the wait staff expertly manage a larger group including small children nearby. The wait staff prepared the children's meals quickly and brought to the table to keep them quiet and occupied. The adults were... More

We always stop at CBC to eat on our visits to Coronado. There's a lot of meals to choose from. Their sandwiches are good. Their beer is great. We love the location. My favorite part is the fireplace on a cool evening.

We took the Coronado ferry over from San diego for lunch and it was worth the trip. Only a five minute walk from the ferry pier through a very nice area. I had a flight of beer with 3 out of 5 being very good. The other two were not bad , just ordinary. I had the Swordfish sandwich and... More

This brewery was recommended by a friend as a must and it did not disappoint! Not only excellent beers, micro-brewed onsite, but great variety of food and priced fair for a tourist destination. Right on Orange Avenue, but not in the tourist zone. Recommend highly the Wahoo Fish Tacos and Blackened Chicken Cesar Wrap. Everything was so delicious and fresh!... More

Great selection of brews, something for everyone. Mostly English style ales, but quite eclectic otherwise. Very knowledgable and super friendly, attentive barkeepers. Very good quality food. Reasonable pricing. If I lived here, I'd become a regular.

The CBC is locally owned and offers good food and a wide variety of excellent beers. The service is good and it is recommended for all types of diners, including families. Located on the main drag in Coronado, best to bike if you can.

Was working on Coronado Island and looking for a local place to have a good meal. The reviews looked promising, so I went. Sat outside on the patio for dinner and had the fish taco & a sald. The ingredients all worked well together and tasted fresh. Returned a couple days later for a beer & burger. Had a "white'... More

We sought out this restaurant after trying their Orange Ave Whit beer at my local bar. We were glad we did! The brew pub is located on the main drag on Coronado - close to where the ferries dock. The restaurant has a cute outdoor seating area but we opted for the AC. The service was very efficient and friendly.... More
