NIce little bookstore in Seaport Village. Also sells gifts and souvenirs, and has a nifty little coffee bistro inside with funky mismatched furniture. Loved it.

Cozy, unique store, great for some down time, enjoying a book. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't compliment the location with any level of service. Our visit revealed baristas that thought they were comedians, but weren't good at either. Unable to answer basic queries about their products and unwilling to go beyond their preprogrammed java making skills, they made our arrival at... More

It is very eccentric inside the Upstart Crow and that is what makes it a perfect place to get away from corporate meetings and such. Lots of little nooks and crannies filled with things nobody needs but maybe something you want.

Good coffee, rich pie ans a good atmosphere to sit ,read, drink or pick something to remember. You can have your coffee on the porch or inside ,pick a book from the shelf to read while you drink .

Not like Barnes & Noble or any chain. A fascinating selection not only of books. Feels right at home.

This has been one of my favorite books shops for years, it has a little bit of everything in an adorable two story setting. From kitschy gifts, journals, and even costume jewelry, to magazines and bestsellers, I always have a some fun in here. The loft children's section was a hit with my two year old son, and it's a... After an afternoon of walking by the water this was the perfect place to stop for an afternoon pick me up! Had a delicious iced Mocha and wandered the bookstore area. Additional seating upstairs for some peace and quiet. Very cute place, will definitely stop by again.

This little gem located in Seaport Village is a book/coffee shop that also entertains local bands. I enjoyed one of my favorites, Teagan, Taylor Trio a jazz band here on a Saturday night. My daughter browsed through books while I enjoyed a nice tea and pastry. Great spot for reading, people watching or listening to music. Warm and friendly. We... More

I liked the variety of unique items in this store. There is also a coffee shop inside that offers lots of specials brews and it always had customers. It offered books, lots of theme related items, and had indoor and outdoor seating. The selection in their online site has nothing compared to all the items in the store. Fun shopping... More

An excellent spot in Seaport Village to stop for a coffee or tea, peruse the books, and purchase a stash of greeting cards. As independent bookstores become more difficult to find, this is like finding a treasure.
