I was so frustrated by the quality of the food at Bistro D'Asia that I decided to write a review to warn others. DO NOT GO TO THAT RESTAARANT, IT'S BAD! We spend $60 of two entrees, some cabbage salad and spring rolls. The rolls were too greasy, the so-called Chinese cabbage salad was just a regular cabbage salad with... more

Had the Volcano roll and the catepillar roll. Made the girlfriend sick. Best to try somewhere where they can prepare sushi properly. more

The food was a terrible disappointment. We love Chinese food and what we got here was merely a pile of good (one dish was vegetables and one was of noodles) slathered with an unremarkable sauce. The food was just horrible. I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone! more

I had the kung pao chicken lunch special. It was chunks of white meat chicken covered in store bought kung pao sauce. The chinese chicken salad was shredded cabbage with some fried wontons strips and a store bought sauce. The restaurant is nice. The location is good. The food is worse than anything you would find in the food court... more

We went to Bistro D'Asia for lunch. I chose the sesame chicken lunch special. Several dishes are offered for $10.75. We also had some appetizers. I would say that the food was average overall. The potstickers were a little too greasy, but everything else seemed ok. Nothing really stood out. more

Great location across from Coronado Hotel. Good service. Nice decor. Small outdoor patio. Everything about the place is great except for the food. We ordered the duck and mongolian beef. Both dishes were bland and boring at best. If it weren't for the food, this would be above average. more

When Bistro d'Asia opened several years ago on Coronado, my husband and I were very impressed. Not so much this time. The place is dingy and drab with dirty floors, with nothing changed in the past five years since it's opened. The only thing that has changed is the sushi bar which was added a couple of years ago. The... more

I agree with some of the other reviewers, the sushi lacked quality and it was cheaply made. We ordered 3 different sushi dishes and ended up eating only 50% of it because it didn't taste right. I suggest going here for the atmosphere, but not the food. more
