We stumbled upon this gem while walking up and down 5th looking for something to eat. It was my husband's birthday and they treated us very well. Our waiter, who has a Porsche, was so accommodating and friendly. The food was AMAZING!! I had the lobster ravioli and as a pregnant woman I can be hard to please, but it... More

We had the good fortune to have a business dinner here late on a Wednesday evening. While the dining room was sparse due to the late hour, the kitchen staff the kitchen and waitstaff were very attentive and had had bread and a great bottle of wine on the table within minutes. The buffalo mozzarella special was outstanding as well... More

We went here before the Paul McCartney concert at Petco (Sunday night). They were understaffed and overworked. The waiter even admitted they had people not show up for work that evening. Our order of salad we were splitting was served to the wrong table. They were nice enough to bring us another larger serving. The entries were good. The table... More

This restauant was recommended to us for our visit to San diego. The setting is pleasant with while table cloths but table a bit unstable and small. Service was prompt an attentive. Warm bread arrived which was lovely. We had the special lobster, prawn and scallop with pasta and pasta with clams. They were fine but not spectacular and the... More

When we walked in the first impression was great. Typical Italian style ristorante. We were greeted by our server and he was very personable at first. Asked us if we needed more time on the wine and I said no. We had decided on a 2012 Justin Cabernet Sauvignon. Perfect. We ordered what we thought was an heirloom tomato salad... More

We were looking for a nice meal in San Diego, and having walked by the Asti, we thought that the restaurant looked really nice, and fairly busy so we would give it a try. The service there was very good initially, the waiter happy to recommend dishes or answer any questions we had on the menu. He did seem rather... More
