If you like seafood you have to eat here. The food is awesome and the location on the bay can't be beat. We love to go here when in SanDiego

Above all, the view and service are superb. In fact this was the best restaurant service I've experienced in a long time. We were given a window seat, as we requested, so we could watch the sunset. The waiter was attentive and informative, but not intrusive. The food was uniformly very good--New England clam chowder (better than we had in... More

The best experience for fish and shrimp is Anthony's. There are two parts to this popular place. The outside is a fast food no table service section. The food is still as fresh and delicious and you sit outside to smell the ocean air. The inside is a fancier restaurant that also overlooks the ocean. Their fish and shrimp is... More

This was the second time we visited Anthony's. It is located in the San Diego Harbor area. The place is great. The food is outstanding. The service was fantastic. I was with the family and all of them were just raving about the visit. Anthony's will be on our itinerary for next year's trip.

While the view and the clam chowder were fantastic, the entrees we had were actually, well, they were disgusting. We ate outside so we ordered at the outside area. Possibly the indoor restaurant is better. I ordered the fish of the day and I thought at first it was not cooked all the way through because it was rubbery and... More

This is, and has always been one of the most popular restaurants on the San Diego waterfront. It's a little tired (but who wouldn't be after decades of operation) however the food is consistently well prepared and presented. What isn't as good is the service, especially when the restaurant is crowded. Our server was covering many tables by himself and... More

We had an early dinner her after going to the Maritime Museum. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. Our meals were delicious. The decor could probably use a little refreshing, but we were more concerned about the food and service.

My elderly parents had an out of town visitor and they wanted to go to Anthony's as they've been going there "since it opened and it's always been good". I insisted that we go elsewhere as I have seen this place be supplanted by numerous places of much better quality. We went.... I wish they would have listened to me........ More

We visited Anthony's for lunch after touring the ships of the San Diego Maritime Museum. We were asked to wait a few minutes for a table but the lobby is large and has very comfortable seating so it was quite pleasant. Within 5 minutes we were shown to our table which had a spectacular view of the bay. Diana came... More
