More

More

We enjoyed our meal here. We had the pernil and the pollo asado and both were very tasty. The food came out promptly. Downsides: very limited parking area, and they didn't take our drink orders very quickly after we were seated. But the food was great and we would go back.

We've stopped by here several times; it is about 10 miles north of downtown San Diego. Food is Cuban and Puerto Rican. People there are friendly, and food has always been good. We had Camarones Enchilados (shrimp in tomato sauce) and Macitas de Puerco (crispy marinated pork) - both were very good and enough to fill us. Negatives: parking can... More

This place is just awful. Not sure why there are so many positive reviews on here but if you look at locals who ate their on Yelp, you will get an accurate picture of how bad this place is.

Don't let the building, the decor or even the dusty plastic and silk plants deter you from dining here. Every dish we had great flavors. Service was just a little slow but there were only two servers working the floor. We were treated very well and we felt welcome. Change the dining room decor and it'll be a 5 instead... More

We had just arrived in San Diego. We found the restaurant easily right off the highway. We were a group of three adults and one child. We ordered arroz con pollo, mastitas de puerco among other delicacies. Food was freshly made, well seasoned (a lot of garlic and onions ++). The food makes up for the ambience.

First time going in there for dinner with my wife ,ordered our drinks and food and waited at least 25 mins. For our drinks and 40 mins. For our food.we weren't checked on to see if we needed refills or anything else.also, waited and waited to get our bill! Food was good!

While the restaurant is plainly furnished, the food is anything but plain. It is very good and offers a wide variety of Cuban and Puerto Rican dishes that are seasoned just right. The servings are good sized and the price is right. Next time I am in San Diego, I will definitely return.

We went to this place last year because we had a coupon... Much to our surprise this place was fantastic. The food was well prepared and had just the right spice I was looking for. We have been back--( without coupon) and it was just as good but a little pricey... Still worth a try if you like to add... More
