Tasty Personal Pizza at an affordable price

This place offers a more traditional Italian thin crust pizza, not overloaded with sauce. You can choose from over a dozen items to put on your pizza and it is ready in approximately 5 minutes. The various veggies and meats look extremely fresh, the price is quite reasonable (avg. 9$) and most... read more

I loved the idea of a "Subway-style" restaurant for pizza, and I was not disappointed. The ingredients they use are good, which makes for a good outcome, and you definitely get your money's worth. Staff was nice and very friendly too. Also loved the unique brand of soda they offered and the industrial decor of the eating area. I'd eat... More

Project Pie is a great value - pizza is great for the price and you can either customize it or go with a "pre-designed" one. The ingredients are fresh and pies are yummy. There is a parking lot but it's small and tables can be tight during peak times. Gluten free is NOT REALLY GF so if you're allergic or... More

The pizza was good. Nice atmosphere. Great price. The drink options weren't the norm which was kinda cool. The staff was super friendly and happy. I loved that you could make whatever type of pizza you wanted and it didn't change the price. The only thing that was missing was alfredo sauce for the pizza :)

I've been to Project Pie several times over the last year and have loved it every time. Their pizza baking techniques have improved; it used to have a slightly soggy center but the last few times, they cooked it perfectly even with all the toppings I put on my pie. Like everyone else said, you can add as many toppings... More

Project Pie was our first stop in San Diego. This is a fun and tasty place to eat. You can order off the menu or build your own. It was delicious. They also have their own sodas. I had the diet black cherry. It was wonderful. We also built our own pizza. Pepperoni, bacon, Canadian bacon, italian sausage, pineapple and... More

Great pizza! Love the restaurant! I had a hawaiian, hubbs had one of the regular combos-- deeeeelish! Nice easy to find location, clean interior, and friendly employees. We were able to find food easily-- you can have them make a premade menu item or a creation of your own. We went with friends that had a child and she was... More

Our family of four tried this restaurant (based on good Tripadvisor reviews) while on vacation. The pizzas are made to order as you go through the service line (similar to ordering at Chipotle). Notably, the price is the same no matter how many toppings you add -- great touch and much appreciated. The pizzas cook very quickly and are typically... More

The pizza here is one size and thin crust, a good personal size. You an go with a few menu pizzas or have whatever you want put on a custom one. No extra charge for additional items. You get to watch them assemble your pizza which is nice, especially if you want your ingredients put on different parts. The drinks... More

Such a hit with all five of us (only disappointment was that the kids thought they'd literally be building their own pizzas...turns out the place builds to order for you!)--delicious, light crust and any sauce/topping combo you can imagine (half-and-half encouraged if you can't decide!). Friendly, fun staff, and affordable "fast food" made to order that tastes like you're at... More
