Brunch at 9:30 on a Tuesday was fine. It was not crowded until the lunch-bunch started to meander in. Then it became a bit noisy. The service was fine; I think it was the cook who was slow. As a fan of americana food, Ruby's hits it quite well with a cute 50's setting in the heart of Mission Valley. Not as expressive as Corvette but the food's definately worth it. more

I LOVE Ruby's Diner!!! their chocolate banana shakes are awesome and their french fries are the only french fries that actually taste good still if you reheat them in the microwave!!! more

When you can't stand to overpay for underdelivered breakfast - come visit RUBY"S! A classic diner, offers WiFi before 11 am.
