It is a one of a kind restaurant. You sit around the grill on each table. the chef actually cook right in front of you. Order fried rice instead of steam rice so you can see the cooking. Price is fair. Go for your birthday. They don't YELL out the birthday song. the actually sing it in Japanese! And you... more

Teppanyaki style food. If you are into that sort of a thing. Very entertaining chefs make the good at your table. Some so-so sushi, too, to start with. Very flavorful and a good experience to go with friends and hang out and have a good time. more

If you have never been to a Benihana's you must! We have been to the San Diego one a few times while we visit we always make reservations. It is fun, the food is absolutely amazing, and the setting is great, not too bright not too dark, a wonderful family place, or date place! more
