Best breakfast in San Diego! Stuffed pancakes with pecans and cinnamon butter, yummy eggs benedict, nicely browned hashbrowns, OMG french toast....everything is fantastic! Or if you're in the mood for lunch, sandwiches on pretzel rolls or ciabatta bread are delicious! Unless you go at the crack of dawn (they DO open early!), be prepared for a long wait...sometimes, up to... More

Got off the plane at Lax, drove to San Diego, first stop? Snooze, of course. Had the corned beef hash. Always delicious. My parents had the pineapple pancakes and the Benny goodman. All plates clean. We were there for lunch, dad wanted a nice cold brew. Our server suggested the Collette. He said it was delicious. All in all another... More

I have never eaten breakfast anywhere that compares to Snooze. It was the second breakfast place we tried during this trip (though we've tried others in the past) and we ended up eating here every day afterwards because we couldn't decide what to eat each day, so we decided to keep coming back until we were able to try every... The eggs benedict is perfect with interesting combinations - we had the caprese and it was so good that we returned the next day for breakfast again! OMG French toast is also a must. This place is an absolute treat and worth the 30 minute wait. Staff were friendly and service was fast. The coffee was also among the best... More

Excellent food, service, and surroundings! Highly recommended. Get there early to avoid a possibly very long wait.

Don't miss this fabulous restaurant when you visit San Diego. We stopped in one morning last week for breakfast and it was so good we returned again the next day. The first day my husband ordered the sweet potato pancakes which had a caramel sauce, pecans and ginger butter. They were the most delicious pancakes that we ever had. I... More

Usually at breakfast we drink some coffee (or diet Coke if you are my husband), eat some eggs and watch the news. When you eat here, you sit in cushy, retro booths, listening to some funky music. It was not your typical breakfast place and it was AWESOME! Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great. It really set... More

In town for a long weekend, I managed to make it to the two spots farther below as well, Mission and Cottage.... Snooze has rightfully made it to the top! Best food, best service, best atmosphere! Adorable sixties vibe, kind waiters, and the BEST brunch food! I got the Bella Benny and wow!! Perfection! And if you go with savory,... More

This is the most incredible breakfast place I have ever experience. I can't critique one specific item because everything is amazing. The Bella Bella Benny is one of my favorites. If you are in the San Diego area this a must!
