First gave Snooze a try after an early AM doctor's appointment. Even then, there was a wait. But, they take your cell number and text you when your table's ready - so enjoy the neighborhood while you wait. The staff is a hoot - check out the names on your meal check. The food is all prepared fresh in house,... More

We heard great things about Snooze, and since it was less than a block from our hotel, had to try it out. It's definitely popular - at 8:30am there was a 20 minute wait for 2 adults + high chair, but they offered to text me when a table was available so we were able to walk around the neighborhood... Had a bit of jet lag and was up super early. Checked out reviews for some breakfast spots and wanted to give Snooze a try. WOW! This place was awesome. I was there early enough to avoid a wait, but it would have been worth the wait other reviewers have mentioned. I had the "Sandwich I Am" and it was... More

Went here for breakfast and didn't wait long since we were willing to sit outside in the cooler weather. Menu was overwhelming with food that all sounded amazing. They have a lot of gluten free options which was the reason we went there and the server ensured me that the cooks take allergies/celiac seriously. It took a little longer than... More

Love this place!! It's my go-to for out of town guests and celebrations. Every dish I've had is superb, and my favorite, the Del Mar location is trendy and totally SoCal.

We had a great brunch to kick off our trip here. The Ruben was amazing. I also had the tomato soup instead of hash browns. I am glad I did, it was just as amazing. It was an hours wait but so worth it.

My family ate a late breakfast here while visiting San Diego. One of the best breakfasts we have ever eaten. My son had blueberry danish pancakes (unbelievable), while I had the OMG French Toast (french toast stuffed with marscapone with candied walnuts, vanilla creme/caramel and fresh strawberries--not as sweet as it sounds but wonderful to eat). My husband enjoyed the... More

Super breakfast here at Snooze! We waited a good hour for a table, but they had a chalkboard and corn hole outside to keep the kids occupied. The eggs benedict was delish and the cinnamon roll pancakes? Yum! Our table of 8 all had a fantastic meal with good service. I'd go back if I'm ever in SD and will... More

We ate here twice in the last week! The first time, my son ordered the OMG French Toast which looked incredible and he wanted to lick the plate so he didn't miss a delicious bite! I enjoyed their Eggs Benedict on both days... the first time I tried the Ham Benedict and the Benny Goodman - both were incredible! I... More

The menu at Snooze is innovative and accommodates everything from foodies to vegans to gluten intolerant. While the choices are interesting, some are misses taste-wise. The belly bacon was outstanding, but the sausage was dry and somewhat ordinary (plus we got only one piece for $4.25). The chile verde benny was good, if a bit light on the pork and... More
