Stopped in here for pizza on a recent San Diego trip. A very busy place. Lots of different kinds of beer, the Heffeweisen was superb. The Pizza was also quite good. We were there on "wings and stix" night (45 cents each for buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks ). These alone would have made a great meal. Seating is a... More

We stopped here for a pitcher of beer and a pizza. The pizza was good and the place was really busy. Even though is was busy, we were able to find a spot to sit and our order was out in a reasonable amount of time.

We stopped in for a beer on our way to the beach. This was my first visit to Pizza Port and I was very pleased. The man at the counter offered us samples of various tap beers (they have about 30) before we settled on a Saison (for my boyfreind) and the 612 Porter ( for myself). Both were very... More

First nigth in San Diego, I went there by myself. I sat at the bar and watch a football game, have a pizza and a beer. The IPA was good, the cream ale was nothing like a cream ale. The ambiance was really nice and I would go back for food and beer. Pizza's where good!

Ok so pizza port lovers everywhere are cringing at my title, i know! They do have a very good beer list but this is SD, most places do have decent lists, and this is by no means slaters, hamiltons, toronado, etc but it is a very good list (hence the 4 star) The pizza is also very tasty, I prefer thin crust,... The line for ordering was long but the pizza was great. We were glad we ordered extra. We love cold pizza for breakfast and it was still good the next day. Wish there was a separate line for beer, hard to get another.

Place appears to be usually packed(with good reason), but service is swift and the pizza and beer offerings are over the top. Besides having excellent pizza, the wings are fantastic too. They brew their own beer and have several guest taps. So many on tap offerings I asked the server for a suggestion...which turned out to be one of their... More

As you walk in you notice it is always crowded, that's always a great sign. This location appeals to all crowds. Family atmosphere, friendly and great location. I was happy to see that even though the pizza is phenomenal (beer battered wheat), they now offer Gluten free pizza. That is so awesome for those people with gluten allergies. The beer... More

There are two locations to try the same great pizza, beer and atmosphere. The employees are always very friendly and it's always worth the few extra minutes to get there. The Ocean Beach location is quite a bit bigger than the Cardiff shop, but the quality of the pizza is the same at both. AMAZING PIZZA.

They had a nice variety of beer, and you can pick the toppings/ sauce/ crust for your pizza. Laid back atmosphere, fun place to just kick back and eat/ drink with friends!
