Very good fish, but both our grilled halibut and red snapper were a little dry. Definitely not tender and moist. Clam chowder was good, not great. I have tasted a lot of clam chowders this summer in New England. This one was missing a lot of the common ingredients that go into a great clam chowder. Overall, we were in... More

Fresh grilled or fried fish. You can chiose your fish, your dressiing and side dishes. You order at the counter and wait no more than ten minutes. Really great place for healthy people that love tasty dishes fish based. Must try it!

This place is adorable. It's a small place with some outdoor seating. I've never had anything from this place that wasn't delicious. Their clam chowder is my favorite. My husband prefers the chowder with sausage while I like the classic version. You can't go wrong here. Try it!

Went for happy hour oysters and also tried calamari, shrimp ceviche and lobster taco. All were delish!!! Popular joint, wish there was more that one cashier, but pretty quick service, nice place to try when visiting out of town!

Such a cool place to go. In Pacific Beach, a few miles from the beach. My friends LOVED their fish tacos. They loved them so much they ordered a few extra for the road. I had the fish and chips. Great fish, so-so fries. The atmosphere and service was spectacular. You need to drop in if you're visiting San Diego.

The Fish Shop in Pacific Beach neighboourhood in San Diego is a nice informal fish restaurant. You choose the fish, the cooking, the dressing and the sides. Prices are very fair and the environment is cool, informal and friendly. You order at the cashier and then you take a table where your order is going to be served by a... More

We love, love, love the Pacific Beach Fish Shop. This is the place to go if you want the freshest fish. We had four kinds of fish tacos and they were outstanding. We wish it were closer to where we were staying so we could return. It's a casual restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. I still dream about their... More

Fish & Chips were awesome, best I've had in years. Caliimari was average, needed more salt and the tko fish taco might have been the best fish taco ever!

WOW, local and non-local fresh fish. Come in, grab a menu, get in line, have someone in your party grab you a local brew while you are deciding on your style and flavor of fish, order, then sit back and wait for your "catch" to arrive. With their BYOW (Bring your own Wine) policy, its easy to sit back and... More
