Fantastic Dinner

Four of us arrived at 5:30 pm. We had a choice of seating inside or outside on a small but quaint patio with an interesting fireplace and a wood fired oven, we chose the patio. To begin, we selected the brussels sprouts and Pommes Frites as appetizers. We then selected the Baha Grouper and the... read more

5 different mussels recipe selections with great French fries. Typical French bistro offerings including duck, steak and salmon. Roasted Brussels sprouts were outstanding and large enough to share with a table of four. Need to add duck confit to menu and offer bouillabaisse more often. Wine and beer list ample, interesting and well priced. Cocktails are offered but we did... More

Went there twice so far this month, the food is really delicious, and the wine selection is marvelous, service is prompt and friendly. Loved the flat bread selection, especially the one with the Shrimp and Avocado.

Get there early to avoid the line, especially with no reservations, and be mindful that it can be REALLY tough to find parking. But once you make it, delight awaits. The place is on the small side, the patio is awesome, the food doesn't disappoint. Great rendering of Boeuf Bourguignon, delicious fish, nice filet. Down to earth service, and good... More

My friends and I arrived around 4:30pm to be sure to get a table. When we left around 6:00pm, the place was mobbed with people trying to get in. This was at the Point Loma Bo Beau; there is another in La Mesa, CA which does take reservations. Go there instead.

We've eaten here three times. The first time, the food and service were both exceptional and we couldn't wait to come back. The next visit was spotty... the pizza was good, but the brussel sprouts were overcooked and served late. And, there were flies everywhere, which was a little gross and annoying. Our third visit was just plain bad. The... More

The only negative is the size and no reservation policy. So the wait can be long BUT well worth it! Love everything that comes out of the kitchen!

A little French Bistro with all the charm and warmth and deliciousness of any we have been to in France. We loved it. We each had a different entree and all were well-prepared and presented beautifully. The service was terrific. We will definitely go back.

We have eaten at a few of the Cohn Group restaurants and Bo beau's is one of our favorites. Great vibe and even better food!

Good food, nice atmosphere, very good service. Sangria to start along with the often mentioned Brussels sprouts that are out if this world. My wife's duck and my mussels were prepared well. Come try the meal yourself.
