Good Thai food in the Gaslamp

Menu offers a nice selection of stir fry, noodle dishes, curries, and other Thai fare. Food was very tasty and had a nice spicy Thai flavor. Well worth trying if you are in the mood for Thai.

What a great find in the Gas lamp area of San Diego. Great Thai food. Do go there when in San Diego.

First of all, the food was great. We had the drunken noodles, pad Thai, BBQ pork fried rice, and garlic and pepper stir fry with pork. We all enjoyed our meal. I enjoy when I am asked about our preference for hot, medium, or mild spice. The only meal that should have been reduced is the garlic and pepper stir... More

Walking distance in gas lamp district. Had a $25 for 2 special that was outstanding. One appetizer and two entrees was actually too much food for us. The satay, pad Thai, and cashew chicken was great. Spicy and tasty

Food was excellent, they even custom made a dish for us. Prices were fair for the area, food was served hot and with excellent presentation. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Area of the facility was good and vibrant. When in San Diego and looking for some great Thai, this is your spot!

I was up for some thai since I don't get to eat it at home due to being in a smaller city. I found this place on yelp and it did not disappoint. I had the Ka Pow and it was awesome. Their lunch portions were nicely sized which came with salad and sorting roll. The levels of spiciness were... More

Had some excellent Tom Yum with soy-based imitation duck (I know, sounds weird but was really good) and vegetarian pad thai. There is no shortage of good thai food in the gaslamp but I thought this was the best I had for vegetarian.

We've eaten Thai food in dozens of cities, including in Thailand. I have to report that this is some of the very best Thai food I've ever tasted. We stumbled upon Mint Thai while wandering through the Gaslamp District early afternoon, after getting off a trolley. As luck would have it, we were in time for the $7.95 lunch special.... More

Great Food very reasonable the place is very clean and the decor is perfect, I was very impressed with the waitress (Melissa) she was great. She knew her menu to detail, timing was perfect, very personable etc.. It’s hard to find a great server these days! Over all Great little place if you love Thai food.

We tried Mint Downtown Thai after being priced out of a nearby Italian restaurant. The main courses were fantastic. The calamari was not as good -- clearly frozen. We were there on Thursday, so we were able to enjoy their happy hour that lasts all night. This place could be cleaner. All in all, a good experience. I would go... More
