Yellow Tail Collar

Cho toro tuna belly from Spain was awesome however the black truffle was a waste of money and an attempt at tasting it. The grilled yellow tail collar was really good. Sorry no pics cuz my battery was dead.

Came here our first night in San Diego without a reservation and was seated within 5 mins. Very friendly staff. Our waitress had no problem making selections for us and we enjoyed every bite, every drink! Be sure to get the R U Kidding Me. It was amazing!

We were recommended Azuki by fellow travellers and with Sushi being one of our favourites decided to give it a go. We ordered three different Special Rolls and they were good. The two better ones were Sunshine and r u Kidding. The presentation was more traditional so we weren't blown away by something radical. But this is not to say... More

Truly outstanding! From the service to the food, everything was just so enjoyable. I left wishing that there was a restaurant in my town as good as this (and I live in LA). With a ton of sushi options I loved how the chef put a unique twist on all the classic sushi dishes. Even the crispy rice spicy tuna... More

I love Sushi and have tried many different places in many different cities ( Scottsdale, NY, Paris, Seattle... ) but I always end up with the same conclusion that Azuki has the best Specialty Sushi rolls. I have gone there many times with many different people and no one has ever come out of there unsatisfied. On the border, Sunshine... More

Nice restaurant, good sushi and sashimi. Don't bother with dessert from here, walk up the street to Extraordinary Desserts instead.

My wife and I ate at Azuki on a recent trip to San Diego and it quickly climbed to the top of our favorites list. It's located away from the touristy areas and is a bit quiet and unassuming from the street. We were seated in the section up the stairs and in the back. The food was amazing, especially... More

Yep, just meh. The good: The atmosphere was intimate and comfortable. The good: The waitress was nice and knowledgeable. The good: Crispy rice. The bad: We put our name in to be called when a table opened up, they never called. We came back on our own and there were multiple tables open. The bad: Miso soup was room temperature,... More

I passed by here walking and I love little restaurants. This place gets packed! Go early. I sat at the sushi bar. They have HH. Food and drinks. Sushi was generous and fresh.
