Awesome fusion cuisine and the dessert rocks!!! The Chocolate Mousse Cake sounds nothing like the absolutely delightful treat it really is! It is served with delicately caramelized banana slices, Pistachio ice cream and crunchy toffee wafer😋

We had dinner here on an unseasonably hot evening and their A/C wasn't working, so we seriously schvitzed throughout our meal. They were very apologetic and gave us coupons toward a future meal. The service was friendly, but a bit slow. The food was better than average, but perhaps not as good as the price would merit. The bottom line... More

Busy place, great location, but you will have to wait. The food was delicious. Budget travellers will need to go elsewhere as there are no specials here.

We ate here Fourth of July and the food was bland at best. Probably wouldn't return. Sad because the one in Hawaii is amazing.

We went with a group of six people. The service is impeccable. Everything is well taken care of. The view of the marina is great, very relaxing. The food was awesome some were more "fusion" than others but everything was fresh and made to perfection. Everyone was very happy with their appetizers, entrees and desserts, there were no misses. Service was very professional by an obviously experienced senior waiter. Outside seating and atmosphere were about as good as it gets. Reisling wine was first class. Prices high, but hey this is California. Food was good, but portions were very tiny for the high price.

We stayed at the Harborside Hilton in San Diego for a course and discovered that it was a part of a beautiful Convention Center development. There is a spacious promenade that includes three huge hotels, a high-end marina, a park for dogs, kids, and couples to frolic in, countless little shops, and dozens of places to eat. We picked Roy's... More

It was my first time at a Roy's... I had not heard of it before. We sat outside overlooking the marina and it was quite nice. The waiter arrived quickly and sorted our drinks and appetizers efficiently. We had a California roll as an appetizer and it was quite nice. The white wine, Cakebread was quite nice. I had the... I've always wanted to try Roy's and I'm glad I finally had the chance. The meal was excellent -- had the Roy's sampler for my main course, and it's was very good. Great ribs as a starter. Yum.

Our first experience with Roy's was in Oahu. It was good. So again we picked Roy's for dinner while in San Diego. It was not disappointing. The view at this location was great, right by the water. The service was top notch. And most importantly, the food was superb. I ordered seared sea scallops, and it was just the right... More
