We started our night here right when we got into town. Be careful though as your night could end here as well. Their happy hour is ridiculously cheap. Between the $1 tequila poppers and $5 really stiff margaritas, you'd have to superhuman to not leave here with a very good buzz. For food we got the chicken quesadillas & cheese... More

This place is overlooked by many, but has the flare of a family owned restaurant and bar in a neighborhood of chain restaurants and hoopla. It is a great place to go for drinks if you actually want to hear what people are talking to you about.

They had some of the best tacos we have had. On Tuesdays they have some 2 dollar tacos and they were really good. I had the fish and a chicken taco, my husband had the steak and a carnitas taco, and they were all great. They also had 2 dollar bud lights and tecate beers. Our server was Samara and... More

This place serves some awesome food. A friend and I were in town for a conference and had dinner here. I ordered a burrito while he ordered the three taco special. His plate was three taco and each was different; chicken, carne asada, and fish. The Surf and Turf Burrito I ordered was totally fantastic. First off it was big... More

Well I had a craving for a lobster burrito! With my stomach punching me in the face (I really don't even like lobster) I ventured downtown among fellow travelers to slide into an eating establishment that had one of these bad boys. I must have misread a yelp review because the lobster burrito didn't exist on their current menu. I... More

Watch out, as the lobster and steak tacos we ordered were actually shrimp and steak instead...The service was otherwise friendly.

I was in San Diego on business and read reviews and tried Hadas for dinner. First choice based on reviews was la puerta but at 6 on Monday night it already looked pretty crowded. I went next door to Hadas. I sat at the bar and there were maybe 6 people sitting about 30% of the bar seats. Started with... More

My son had his first enchilada there. The food was very good and the price was reasonable. We would go back there again.

It was really loud and very busy but we loved the food. The ceviche was really tasty and we both had tacos for our main courses. My wife had the baba fish tacos and I had the shrimp tacos. Both dishes were seasoned properly and very good. Go for the food but maybe not the atmosphere. Highly recommend.
