I just don't understand these reviews. I have taken my wife to just about every tea room in San Diego county and this is the best! The only thing I don't like about this place is the limited parking. The service is delightful, they have an efficient and caring staff, the food is absolutely amazing, it taste as good as... More

i've been going here since they first opened by the original owner...since the change over the menu doesn't change as often, which is a shame. I think the quality has suffered..in food and management. They don't seem to want to make money. I called to make a reservation and left a message; I called again and *confirmed* a reservation. Then, we showed up and they did not have our reservation. They were really weird about it too, and tried to claim it was our fault, though they had told me clearly on the phone that the reservation was confirmed. They finally sat... More

The tea was wonderful and plentiful. The service was impeccable, helpful, and friendly. The food and the presentation were exquisite and delicious. It was a wonderful, relaxed pace meal in a delightful room filled with beautiful tea service items. Highly recommend this if you have time to spend a couple of hours on a meal. Definitely make your reservation well... More
