You want authentic Italian food this is the place, and rated #2 in all San Diego. The chef is the owner of this place and is from Italy. He comes to all his customers tables and makes sure everything is perfect for you. Staff is great, I would suggest making reservations because it can get crowded pretty fast. It's located... More

This place is a title local Italian place in a fairly residential area. We walked from our hotel on the ocean front which took about 12 mins. We got a table without a reservation and without waiting on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was busy and our waitress was lovely, but she seemed a bit rushed. We shared some starters... More

I love this place. Small and very Italian. Food is delicious with appetizers to die for. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Outdoor seating is nice. No corkage fee on certain nights but their wine options are good too.. I eat here whenever I'm in PB.

The burr rata appetizers are phenominal! Best part of the experience! Also had the Gnocchi which was good but not very warm and sauce was average. Daily Special lasagna which was raved about by waiter was dissappointing and cold as well. Lobster ravioli was luke warm and sauce kind of fishy. Have had a past GREAT dining experiwence here so... One night we stopped just for a drink and an appetizer. Even though we didn't have a reservation (recommended since it is a small place) a place was found for us. We enjoyed a wonderful burr rata appetizer that was the special. This is such a cute place and we always feel welcome! The patio is nice as well. The... More

This great little restaurant was recommended by a friend who stayed in the area last year. Indoor & outdoor seating with a charming ambiance, friendly staff, and always busy (usually a very good sign as we know!). They have a few nights a week where there is no corkage fee, so if you enjoy bringing your own wine, go for... More

It was just lovely. I would order a fresh pasta dish. They all looked good. The restaurant itself is very small and cottage-like. The specials are written on the wall. Everyone there was knowledgeable and helpful.

Beautiful experience. Our waiter/probably owner gave us thoughtful recommendations and time. We were well taken care of and everything was tasty. The burratta was good. We got the tre colored version. It was pricey for an appetizer. If you love soft cheeses, it's a must! If you're like me, you'd rather allocate those dollars towards wine. My husband's gnocchi was... "Our group of twelve people had dinner on the patio last night. Chef Franco came out several times to check on us and to make sure we had everything we needed - along with our lovely server, Patricia, who was adorable and so helpful to us. Our table on the patio was surrounded by a fence covered with purple morning... More

Decided to try this restuarant after walking by it several times on the way to The Fishery. We were seated outside (had reservations) at a table on the side of the building with the music (rap music) blairing from the speakers above us. Not music conducive to a nice relaxing dinner. We also had a "wobbly" table by the utility... More
