Outstanding breakfast--very tasty and presented very nicely. Service is gently attentive as well. They do offer vegetarian selections and a gluten menu, but not much for vegans. Portions are generous and calorically dense, so don't be tempted to over-order! Don C.

I had breakfast there at 9 am on a Tuesday morning. The service was fantastic . Obviously well managed. Coffee and water was refilled continually and my breakfast came in 5 minutes. It was not crowded I believe people should know I ordered the rosemary potatoes, with, jalapeños, avocado, black beans, and sour cream with two fried eggs. So wonderfully fresh.... More

In town with family, we descended upon The Mission one Saturday morning. As serious travelers, we are often at a loss for something interesting for breakfast - this place was amazing. Crowded, noisy and busy, it nonetheless had terrific service (smiles from everyone) and even a nice chat with the manager. Coffee was wonderful, hotcakes and French toast the best... More

One of the best breakfast adventures in San Diego! Superb presentation and very VERY good food. Get there early because it fills-up fast - and deservedly so!

This restaurant was very interesting. It is crowded until about 7:00. The food was good and the wait staff helpful. A bit noisy. A fun place for a group.

I had blackberry banana pancakes with a blackberry banana smoothie... Perfection!! Both were so so delicious, portion size was out of control though, couldn't finish either with my side of eggs. Slow service, but what do you expect with a line out the door. With three we waited about a half hour for a table, definitely worth it. You'll be... More

I went on a recommendation and had higher expectations than delivered. Not a bad thing though. Breakfast was very good. I loved the variety on the menu. Good place if you like it hot. Very authentic and full coffee bar. A bit of a walk from the Gas Lamp area, but local neighborhood views was worth it. Server was very... More

I don't eat eggs and this is the first restaurant that had alternatives to eating other than the plane old run of the mill pan cakes and french toast. I had a potato dish with chorizo cheese, onions, black beans and a tomato basil tortilla on the side. The food was amazing!!! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking... More

We visited the misson after reading great reviews on tripadviser and weren‘t disappointed. It gets very busy (we went for Sunday brunch around 10:30) so you should expect to wait for up to 40 mins. We ended up getting a table outside on a shady table, so i can‘t comment on the inside but our table outside was very pleasant.... More
