Great Breakfast

Read about this on the internet, so we gave it a try. Great service and food! Large portions, I had corn beef hash and potatoes, all delicious. My son had blueberry pancakes and he said they were wonderful!

We were in town for 48 hours and wanted the best food possible. I wish we would have gone to Snooze (another breakfast spot) both days. They do have fresh flour tortillas here...which we can't get in our area...so I liked that. The French toast looked pretty but was just ok and pretty sweet for my taste. We first went... More

This is a good breakfast spot. Notice I said good, not nice. Not somewhere I would have picked to go but my brother thought we should give it a try. Not a great atmosphere but the food was good. I got cinnamon bread, which was quite delectable, different from the cinnamon French toast my brother got that he seemed to... More

We were told about this restaurant by a local and what a great find. Very popular and know we know why. Great food and service and the gluten free menu was a plus for me. Be sure not to miss eating here while in San Diego.

When you walk up and there is a line around the block it is because the locals know where the good food is. They have lots of fresh made dishes as well as a good selection of gluten free. Go on a weekday and the line will be short, as well as one of the local coupon books has a... More

The Mission is a real find in downtown San Diego, East Village. It is just a couple of blocks away from Petco Park and the Gaslamp District. We had superb meals, presented with style, and scrumptious taste. My wife ordered the rosemary potatoes and I had the banana granola pancakes. The service was excellent and very attentive.

A serious favorite of ours. I would travel to SAN just to eat here! Husband had one of the Latino breakfasts which reminded him of a Guatemala trip. Black beans, tortilla chips, scrambled eggs and wonderful sauce. I had Rosemary Mission or Mission Rosemary, whatever! The Rosemary potatoes are amazing. Fresh OJ!! I need to go break out my juice...
