The Mission Breakfast

We eat here every time we stay in San Diego. The staff is always friendly and the food is really good. The granola banana pancakes and the cinnamon French toast is awesome. The servings are generous. It's within easy walking distance to the Gaslamp District.

Great service. Delicious meals. Everyone was very happy. I had the Rosemary Mission - delicious. Large cups of coffee/tea. Arrived around 9am on a Saturday and only had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Service was friendly and quick. Just added a new favorite spot to our list!

Had the best ever french toast! Loved that they had almond milk to go with my Chai Latte! Me and my family ate at this restaurant three days in a row, because we loved it so much!

Living in Texas our entire lives and coming for great Latin food in a new area can be scary, but this place completely surprised us. The restaurant is small and quaint - servers greeted us with telling us to seat ourselves.. Got a cute little booth and was served some water and menus. The menu, shockingly, is Latino/Chinese fusion.. Everything... More

We went during Comic Con and while the surrounding restaurants were packed, this one was a little slower since it's off the beaten path by about a few minutes. Easily walkable from the convention center and the food was GREAT. Large cups of coffee and the portions were large.

The review says it all. Great flavor. Very tight space. Customer service is jus ok. The breakfast burrito was a bit much, but very tasty. I loved the french toast with berry jam swirl on the plate.

On vacation in San Diego looking for a gluten free restaurant and we found the best breakfast restaurant in the Gaslamp District. My wife had the gluten free French toast and she was supper happy. I had the Gluten Full banana/black berry pancakes an they were amazing. It also was a great walk from our hotel.

This is such a great place to eat at! And the prices are ridiculous (in the good way)! Such low prices, and a good amount of food! There's a reason why some items don't come with the eggs and potatoes on the side. They also have a good variety of drinks, I like the Mocha Thai iced. The rosemary potatoes,... More

Felt like a locals' secret. Very good breakfast dishes, quick service, lots of unique variety, crash squeezed orange juice. Definitely will go back next time I'm staying in the Gas Lamp district.

They make stupendous cinnamon toast, dynamite cappuccinos, and wicked sausages. Their rosemary potatoes are good too. Overall, expect good service, fantastic sweet breakfast dishes, good savory ones, large portion, and reasonable prices. Enjoy.
