When you walk up and there is a line around the block it is because the locals know where the good food is. They have lots of fresh made dishes as well as a good selection of gluten free. Go on a weekday and the line will be short, as well as one of the local coupon books has a... More

The Mission is a real find in downtown San Diego, East Village. It is just a couple of blocks away from Petco Park and the Gaslamp District. We had superb meals, presented with style, and scrumptious taste. My wife ordered the rosemary potatoes and I had the banana granola pancakes. The service was excellent and very attentive.

A serious favorite of ours. I would travel to SAN just to eat here! Husband had one of the Latino breakfasts which reminded him of a Guatemala trip. Black beans, tortilla chips, scrambled eggs and wonderful sauce. I had Rosemary Mission or Mission Rosemary, whatever! The Rosemary potatoes are amazing. Fresh OJ!! I need to go break out my juice... Very good. Cool place. The Pancakes and french toast are amazing and the beef hash with potatoes is fantastic. Be sure to park near the establishment though. Not in the best of neighborhoods.

Very nice breakfast spot. Great coffee drinks, and good creative food. Would visit regularly if I was a local. No views or the beach, but a nice enough restaurant.

This is another not to be missed restaurant in San Diego serving up large portions of delicious breakfast goodness. Not great coffee but I am not a fan of Toby Estate coffee and everyone likes their coffee differently. You will not be disappointed with anything that you order and the portions are very big. Definitely an eatery that I would... More

Visited January 2nd, highly popular based on the lines, however wait was less than 20 minutes. I had egg/bacon quesadillas - yummy! Also tried the pancakes with corn meal, rosemary breakfast potatoes, coffee. Wait staff was very attentive - loved them! A must try for foodies.

Absolutely- a must go to eatery! Excellent menu of choices. I chose eggs, bacon, red Rosemary roasted potatoes and toast. Upon returning home, I tried to duplicate this plate at home. The food was indescribably good. One of the SrVPs of my company suggested this place to me and she went on and on about the bacon. She was right-... More
