Description: Burger Lounge is centered on creating a burger you can feel better about eating. It begins with 100% fresh single source American grass fed beef. We believe that a hamburger should not only taste great, it should also utilize healthy ingredients produced in a sustainable environment. Burger Lounge offers a simple menu utilizing the mindful procurement of ingredients that appeal to health conscious diners, vegetarians, salad lovers and those simply “hankering for a great hamburger.” We take the time to know our growers and producers. These partners share our values of authenticity and simplicity. They care deeply about the quality of their products and environmental stewardship. It means better and more nutritious food for our guests. Our burgers, from The Lounge Burger made with fresh 100% grass-fed beef; to the Free-Range Turkey Burger made with Shelton Farms turkey; to the Organic Quinoa Veggie Burger created from organic quinoa, brown rice, zucchini, garbanzo, carrot, corn, and chipotle; are offered with organic American cheese or organic aged white cheddar, fresh or grilled onion, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and house-made 1000 Island dressing. Finally, our Lounge Bun, made with a blend of organic wheat and white flour with a hint of molasses delivers the perfect combination of flavor, texture and temperature. You can also enjoy fine dining quality, truly healthy salads. Not your normal “burger joint salads,” these formidable and nutritionally robust salads include baby romaine, kale, spinach, arugula, organic quinoa, grilled corn, zucchini, red onion, jicama, tomato and a choice of house-made dressings. Fresh-cut French fries, house-made onion rings, scratch-made dipping sauces and simple desserts round out a perfect menu for any appetite.Since we opened the first Burger Lounge in 2007, we believe that it is about “doing a common thing uncommonly well.” As a small but fast growing restaurant organization, we represent a new take on an industry that has long suffered from gimmickry, poor quality, over processed food products and inadequate guest service. We embrace these genuine ideals and mindful environmental practices throughout our organization.Burger Lounge continues to satisfy Southern California diners’ and their insatiable appetite for affordable hand-crafted food and superior guest service.

By far one of the BEST burgers in my opinion! ORGANIC- you can't go wrong! Although the prices are a little pricey the burgers are the best and great to go with anyone! Not really a formal occasion, though. The staff was soooo nice and you must get: The vanilla brownie shake The lounge burger Onion rings! AMAZING MEAL!

My family wanted to go to this burger place since we were hungry and in the neighborhood. Wasn't in the mood for a burger, but tried their crispy chicken sandwich. I'm almost always disappointed whenever I go to a restaurant, but this was a pleasant exception. This sandwich was obviously hand-breaded and wasn't the least bit greasy. I didn't have... More

Ate here on a recent trip to Cali and was pleasantly surprised. I dined on the Little Lounge burger that was more than enough. It was delicious! Right taste, temp and seasonings. Onion rings were great too. So wish they had one in NC. Little burgers are about $6, add bacon $2, onion rings $5. There housemade barbecue sauce is... More

Stumbled across this place while looking for something totally different. Sure glad I did too. The restaurant is tasteful and inviting if a bit small in this hip part of Kensington. We stopped by on a Friday evening to a line 12 deep, moved fast though. The organic quinoa veggie burger is awesome and enough to satisfy even the most... More

I saw a review and decided to give it a try. The restaurant I went to is on 5th street in the Gaslamp area and it was the best burger I had ever tried in USA and London. The burger is 8 dollars (less than £6). The service in burger lounge is excellent not your normal fast food place but... More

Burger Lounge is a must-visit! I must say that the parking at this location is troublesome, but that's a small price to pay for the delicious burgers they have here. The specialty Lounge Burger includes a juicy grass-fed beef patty, grilled or fresh onions (do the grilled!), organic white cheddar or American cheese (white cheddar for me), thousand island sauce,... The only dislike was trying to find a parking spot. Residential area surrounding the restaurant with very few driveways, so residents parked on streets. We waited in line to order, then sit down. 2 stood in line to order and 2 of us found an available table. The hamburger was probably the best I've ever had. Items are all organic,... More

So thrilled with this place. They serve gluten free hamburger buns! Plus their bison burger rocks. Was so happy to find a burger place where I can eat. The fries will set you back a few hundred calories but are so worth it!

We are here after going to the theater on a Sunday night. Not much else was open and this place was a delight. Fresh food and made to suit your desires! Loved it, and the beer on tap to boot...
