My second trip to this unique and fun restaurant. This venue allows toy to cook your own steak and offers great salads and side choices to make a very memorable meal. The onion rings were great as were the Au Gratin Potatoes. At this place, you'll get your steak, and the accompanied Garlic Toast, cooked just the sway you want... More

I traveled to San Diego on business with a co-worker, about a year ago. I thought it would be funny to surprise her when we showed up to dinner at a place called Strip Club. I had recently read about steakhouse restaurants where you cook your own steak and wanted to try it out. I was told by my coworker... More

Six of us stopped at the Strip Club on the way home after a baseball game. Nice atmosphere with great service. The guys enjoyed cooking the meat, but we were disappointed with the toughness of the filet.

Went here last night. Cool place, if rather boy-ish. You do have to cook your own steak & if that doesn't sound like your thing, don't go! Food was of good quality & portions of sides were massive - could have done with more assistance from the waitress on amount to order. Fun evening, would be great for a stag... More

Like some of the other reviews said, at first it was tough to wrap my head around the idea of paying to cook my own steak, but since I know how, it was kinda cool. The place has a nice atmosphere and the wait staff is very helpful and attentive. They will give you tips on grilling if you need... More

Nice steakhouse located in the Gaslamp Quarter. At this particular restaurant you grill your own steak and the staff provides cooked sides that you can select. Sounds weird but good. There are seasonings and spices you can dress your cut of meat with before you grill and I found the meat to be lean and good quality. On a money... More

Clever marketing strategy by whomever named this place. Sure the hostesses and waitresses wear a little less than they typically do in other restaurants, but it's in the name of fun. *However, for those of you offended by stockings, short skirts, and cleavage you may want to stay away. Also, I've heard mixed reviews on whether or not children are... More

I have had Hot Stone meals before but this is my first experience of cooking an entire steak on a grill. I must say that I really enjoyed it and would be happy to recommend it as an experience to anyone visiting San Diego

One of my favorites. Food is better than good and a great place to relax around the grill and chat with friends or family. Always have an upbeat time there. It's different than what you are used to. So it's fun. A guys place.

We went here on good advice and were reluctant at first because of the Vargas Girls on the logo. How wrong! This place is warm in decor and personality with nice people. The food is the best! You order a steak and then go cook it. The waitstaff were around with helpful guidance and the steak was great! Salad was... More
