Osetra Restaurant in the Gaslight district was our dinner choice while in San Diego. There are a few unique thinks about this restaurant. First a girl in an angel outfit will climb he walls to fetch a bottle of wine. Additionally if the weather had permitted it you could eat El Fresco. I ordered Tuna and for a Midwestern it... More

We were staying at the Westin down the street & wanted to find somewhere we could walk to. This place had some good reviews so we tried it! We first ordered the Seafood Platter for 2 @ $39 was beyond a bargain!!! The raw items were as fresh as could be & the shrimp were incredible not to mention the... More

Great service, drinks and food. The chilean sea bass was some of the best I've ever had. We had a large group and the service and food came out fairly quickly.

We stopped by the restaurant on chance at 7pm and although very busy they fitted the 4 of us in upstairs in a perfect spot by the window. The service was there when we wanted it and the choice of food excellent. The fish was top quality and ample portions. Definitely worth a visit.

I can write a big long review about the great layout of the restaurant and flying wine sommelier ( yes flying ). Or the wide array of food choices, we had the seafood sampler appetizer that looked to be as much as a an art piece than fresh ocean seafood. We had the daily specials for dinner, both perfection. Then... More

The concierge recommended this spot for good seafood, and she was right on. Excellent, fresh fish, creative and yummy sauces. Great service.

Came across the restaurant walking down the Gaslamp Fifth Avenue. Passed by about a 100 restaurant untill we saw Osetra on 5th and E, at the very end of the Gaslamp. Highly recommend everyone to make it all the way down and not to get allured by all the other restaurants' hostesses on the way. Firstly, we were very impressed... More

I dined here on a Sunday evening with a group of colleagues on a recent business trip to San Diego. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of food; however, the service left more to be desired. There was a sense of disorganization (and even slight chaos) in the service overall. Our reservation was not arranged correctly to begin with,... More

Dinner at the bar, Adrianna was a wonderful hostess and a joy to sit at her "table". Not cheap but worth the visit. See Dennis at Courtyard Marriott around the corner for his recommendations.

This is a higher end restaurant with great food. The interior is interesting with a suspended balcony overlooking the main restaurant.
