We were so pleased with the atmosphere. Our business gathering was so fun, great drinks and most important, DELICIOUS FOOD! We had sushi and an amazing bass dinner plate. Wonderful experience.

Their Food is fantastic, and their Staff are very kind & attentive. A great restaurant to visit in Downtown San Diego. They also have some really nice Private Dining areas on the upper level of their restaurant; (which might be a good Option for: a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner, or some other type of special "Private Event.") Another plus; being that... More

In the Broadway end of the Gaslight district. Food was superb. We were drawn in by the offer of a free starter - ask receptionist - delicious bruschetta. Good emphasis on fish and seafood. Italian influences. $200 for 4 entrees, sparkling water and 2 of the party had a glass of wine each. You could eat cheaper in the district... More

Visited Osetra for the first time the other night as a concierge from Hilton highly recommended it. First of all, I have to say, besides the food being optimum, the service is always important in my book, and Marco exceeded my expectations. Had the special seafood combination of Chilean Seabass and Freshwater Prawns in which he spoke highly of, and... More

The seafood, and drinks were expensive and the quality was nothing special. For example, a beet salad $10, caprese $16, lobster bisque $14.00 and a glass of Raymond Chardonnay $13. The big highlight seemed to be their wine cellar, which is elevated above the bar and a girl swings around on tethers pulling and placing bottles in the racks. Way... More

While visiting the Gaslamp District in San Diego my husband, some friends and I decided to stop and eat dinner at The Osetra Fish House restaurant (with seating outside also.). We had a wonderful meal while enjoying the Gaslamp atmosphere. The menu offered starters, pasta, steak, poultry, seafood, salads and soups. We all started with the lobster bisque soup. My... More

I rarely write poor reviews. I guess we usually luck out or maybe we're easily pleased? That said, I felt this info might be helpful. We went here last night for dinner. It really looked like it would be a great place. We had a great waiter and good service. The wine selection was good and we enjoyed it in... More

The kitchen and staff go to great lengths to make sure your experience there is memorable. We ate outdoors along the sidewalk with the sights and sounds of the city creating a dinner and a show atmosphere. Our waiter (John B) took such fine care of us and was so kind that I had to give him a goodbye hug.... More

Had dinner here with my best friend last night and was very impressed. First off I have to say I love the wine tower and the fact that the wine angels have to fly up to grab the wine bottles upon request is entertaining. Our server Marco gave us great recommendation's. We both had the jumbo sea scallops over the... More

What a nice treat this place was. Had a great dinner here and the specialty drinks were so good. Our waiter Marco (handsome Italian man) treated us like kings and queens, best service ever. Will definitely return.
