Amazing pizza with tons of cheese and the best crust! Service was great. We were in San Diego for 5 days and ate there twice.

The line to get in was long, thought it would be good... Disappointed. Our waiter was so nice but the food took almost an hour to get out. Pizza might be the best thing they have - fettuccini wasn't impressive.

We were staying close by in Mission Beach and saw this place right off the beach. The combination of outdoor seating, good pizza, and local beers drew me in. The pizzas were good and the servers were friendly and helpful. Beer was good (although it seemed to be mostly IPA's- not my favorite, although the bartender brought me one I... More

Got there early and ordered 1/2 hawaiian and 1/2 sausage, olive and mushrooms. She brought 1/2 sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. She did bring a small dish of olives and we picked out the pepperoni. The middle of the pizza was not done, dough was very limp in the middle. Looked like to me that the staff was getting worn out... More

We love to sit inside by the window. First night of the trip had a sub with local brew; great list to choose from or ask for a sample. 2nd night pizza. Doesn't matter what size you order there is always plenty for lunch the next day; all topping are fresh and top quality. Those big slices of pizza are... More

The pizza was pretty lame, even though it was huge and at a great price. The burgers looked good - surprising. Some of the staff enjoyed having us, and one lady in particular was incredibly rude, asking our party of 6 to leave, as they had people waiting . . . there were FOUR people standing outside smoking, and there... This is a great little place right near the beach! We had some great pizza, fried zucchini and delicious locally brewed bear. The service was quick and friendly. A great place to grab a bite!

Me and my boyfriend shared the football calzone which had a ton of meat in it! We couldn't finish it. Yeah, was pretty greasy but it's expected from that thick of pizza! The onion rings were excellent too, and I normally do not like onion rings.

Stopped in after spending a day on the Beach. Luigi's is just a block from the beach so convenient for grabbing a bite. Fun atmosphere, everyone friendly & service was good. The Pizza was good and felt it was a good value. If you want PIzza and Beer near the beach this is your place!

Second time I've had it. Good crust and lot's of toppings. Got a large slice and it was plenty. Wife could only handle half a slice.
