Right at Mission Beach, good pizza, really good service at lunchtime, went twice on our families week-long beach vacation. Will be back!

Arrived at hotel and wanted to walk for something to eat. All pretty grim to be honest and there are plenty of worse places i'm sure but frankly driving to something half decent would have been better.

We ate here twice for lunch on our way home from the beach. First time we got a huge slice which was delicious. Second time we ordered a large pizza and it was not as good as the slice. Dough tasted a little different for some reason. A good casual spot to stop in for a slice.

Expected a little more since the wait was over thirty minutes. The food was pretty good all and all, and didn't have any issues with it. Our waiter forgot a few things, and brought out the wrong sides but he was a really nice guy. The patio is the way to go.

We love Luigi's, always have. It's casual enough if you've come from a long, sweaty day at the beach, yet still clean enough if you haven't! Hubby and I shared a large green salad and large slice w/2-toppings. More than enough for us to eat. Great iced tea, not watered down, and our server (who we found out was the... More

Good for people watching, but the pizza is not so great. We go every year because my husband has fond memories as a kid. But The pizza is not that great- it's always cold and lacks flavor. $32 bucks for 4 large slices and a 4 drinks- disappointing.

How absolutely sad every year we travel in from Arizona to get our Luigi's pizza fix this year we went in the pizza was absolutely burnt. 50 $ bill for nasty burnt pizza. delivery was fast overall disapointing.

Amazing pizza with tons of cheese and the best crust! Service was great. We were in San Diego for 5 days and ate there twice.

The line to get in was long, thought it would be good... Disappointed. Our waiter was so nice but the food took almost an hour to get out. Pizza might be the best thing they have - fettuccini wasn't impressive.

We were staying close by in Mission Beach and saw this place right off the beach. The combination of outdoor seating, good pizza, and local beers drew me in. The pizzas were good and the servers were friendly and helpful. Beer was good (although it seemed to be mostly IPA's- not my favorite, although the bartender brought me one I... More
