Soup & a sandwich? You bet!

My wife & I have stopped at Neighbor's Mill, located on Hwy 65 in Harrison, Arkansas, a great number of times. My choice is lunch. With hot & cold sandwiches, soup, salad, fresh bread and "to kill for" cookies...you can't beat it. My favorite is the grilled Ruben "hot" sandwich with a cup of... read more

Wonderful unique sandwiches, soups and homemade bakery items are what you will find at Neighbors Mill. I have never had a bad meal, I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of the employees. Get there early, it stays busy most of the day.

Very good soup, sandwiches, and desserts. The tomato basil soup is my favorite. It really hits the spot on a cold day. I do think that the prices are a little expensive for the amount of food you get. I also wish that they would do something different for lunch. It is very crowed and a little unorganized. You order... More

After seeing the nice looking building, I decided to stop and I was not pleased at all. It is not a sit down restaurant, which I was expecting French onion soup was not even hot enough to melt the cheese. Turkey/cranberry sandwich was ok and reuben sandwich was ok for a cold sandwiches.

After the great reviews my husband and I stopped and we were extremely disappointed. It is not a sit down restaurant which we were expecting French onion soup was not hot enough to melt cheese. Took it back up and got it back lukewarm. Reuben sandwich was ok and cranberry turkey was good for a cold sandwich.

As a history lover the building itself called to me to stop. I loved the food and the service was nice too. The samples of bread were amazing as well as the chocolate cake I almost swallowed whole.
