A true old-fashioned drive-in, locally owned Bobo's is known for their onion rings and homemade apple pie among other favorite items. This is the one place friends MUST eat when they come home for a visit.

Have lunched here for years. Love the burgers and delicious apple pie! Would recommend to friends for a quick lunch.

When I was a kid in the 50's going to Bobo's Drive -In in Topeka was a real treat! I can still remember my #1 Bobo's favorite was the Foot Long Chili Dog. If your in the area, I highly recommend it.

This place was featured on Diner's, Drive Ins, and Dives. I think it fits all categories. We have eaten there a few times when traveling through the Topeka area. You can drive in and someone will come to your car to take your order, they have a small dine in area, and it is truly a dive with great hamburgers.... More

Went to Bobo's with my mom and sister when I was young, (which was a long time ago) and took my wife there for our first "lunch date". (also long ago). Used to be one of my favorite burgers and fries/onion rings. The best apple pie I've ever had. However, the food quality and service have slipped just a bit... More

This was our first time at Bobo's. There are stools at the counter and some booths for seating--we got the last open booth on a Sat for lunch. We had cheeseburgers. Seemed to be some inconsistency in the final product--mine was a bit more well done than I like but overall an OK "nostalgia burger". They are probably handmade judging... More

I received very friendly service inside. The onion rings were delicious and apple pie good. Had the pie been heated with a scoop of ice cream it would have been great. The steak burger was pretty much one would expect, nothing special.

This used to be a favorite of mine but as the Righteous Brother's songs song goes " they've lost that lovin' feeling, Whoa, that lovin' feeling, They've lost that lovin' feeling, Now it's gone...gone...gone...woooooah. The service has gone down hill It is no longer the friendly place of burgers and great apple pie.... Would not serve me 30 minutes before... More

Bobo's is a family tradition for Topeka residents. The standard 1950's drive-in type of menu is intact and the food hasn't changed throughout the years. However, ownership of the restaurant has changed but each owner diligently strives to maintain the tastes and atmosphere of the traditional 1950's drive-in complete with car hops. I like the cheeseburger and chili-dog best with... More

Ordered this pie on recommendation extremely disappointed. ... very bland in flavor and crust tasted like 4 for $1 pot pies. Wait, the pot pies are better. I have lived in Topeka 43 years and this is my first visit and give exerting a second chane, but won't be the pie
