I had the pulled pork and greens on cheese grits. It was delicious. The Mississippi State vs. Alabama football game was on so the bar had a lot of people in it. The service was fast and efficient. Due to the low lighting it was difficult to read the menu but I had already looked at their menu online so... More

Didn't want to come to Mississippi and not experience some Southern Hospitality. I found it at the Blue Canoe and her name was Tammy. Good food and great beer of course, but what I'll remember is our server. Hope I can come back and see her sometime

The epitome of southern hospitality. Greeted with a warm welcome, a shiny smile, and back rubs to boot. For the whole table no less! Best dining experience in all of Miss'ippi. "Much luv to ya Tammy"

Everything you could possibly want on tap and the best menu Tupelo has to offer (pork'n'greens is a personal favorite) accompanied by a massage from Tammy while you de-stress from a long day's work-- this is what Blue Canoe has to offer you. Five stars. All day. Every day.

We didn't eat here but I think they use meat from The Neon Pig where we had had supper. It was there that we got the tip off about a gig at The Blue Canoe. we saw Andy Frasco. It was loud and lively. A bit too loud, my ears are still buzzing but they had great stage presence and... More

This was our 2nd visit to the Blue Canoe. Tammy is the best server EVER! We started with adult beverages and it just got better from there. The blackeyed peas are so unusual and delicious... Hard to describe. Definitely worth $5. I cannot think of another resturant that I've been to with a Sloppy Joe on the menu... It sounds... More

The booze was affordable, the music was great and the atmosphere was awesome. Whenever you're in here ask for Tammy. She will take care of you. 5 outta 5. Would come back.

When you step inside, you'll feel right at ease with the rustic decor, small stage for occasional live music and massive micro-brew selections at the bar. The patio is where all the cool kids hang. It's a lively environment and never disappoints. The cuisine is old south with a new twist. Turkey Day Sandwiches, Chicken and Waffles, Smash Burgers...it never... More

Visited during an Ole Miss home game weekend. We found a table on a Friday night quick. Extensive beer menu with a local flavor. Interesting appetizers like fried black-eyed peas. Food was great and service was excellent on a busy night.
