Angela's Café is very small. The food is excellent. I went on April 5 with my family. We were told 5-10 minutes well worth the wait. We decided to wait. I looked around the restaurant and saw that there was only one table that would fit the 5-10 minutes the other tables appeared to be just ordering or reviewing the... More

All the food here looked really fresh, colorful, and very appealing. However, I had the Huevos Rancheros, and they were AMAZING. I hope I'll be back in Boston at some point to try something else off of the delicious looking menu!

Who would have thought that 3 Mexicans will go to Angela every day while in Boston?? It was addicting! The food was even better than in Mexico. The breakfast was amazing, great chilaquiles, very good breakfast burrito, but the highlight of our meal was the Mole Poblano De Angela which was absolutely delicious (Also come with Rojo and Verde) Don't... Went here with a few other people after we saw them featured on "diner, drive thrus and dives'. The food was very good, the drinks were awesome. The mole sauce was great but better with the chicken than the pork loin, I guess my husband was expecting the cut of loin to be thinner. The cafe con leche was excellent.... More

Angela's is a small 10 table restaurant a place you probably would never drive to in E. Boston except if you live there or to dine at her restaurant. The place is charming, our waitress very helpful and pretty to look at. We wanted to try everything on both the dinner and breakfast menus. The moles are something you don't... More

I was in search of good guacamole and found out that this place was ranked one of the best in New England! I'm not super impressed by the Boston food scene so this was a great find. It's on a random block in East Boston but once you walk in you know it'll be great! The margaritas were good and... More

This should be a go-to place for anyone in East Boston or anyone going to/coming from Logan. It's no more than five minutes from the airport. The food is very flavorful--more authentic Mexican than the usual Tex-Mex fare you find--and priced well. We shared a chorizo gordita and each has a plate of chicken and potato flautas. Fantastic, and only... More

Located in East Boston, a stone throw's away from Logan Airport, Angela's serves up wonderful Mexican dishes, including a stunning mole' sauce that is second to none. Very small, but very cozy, the staff are attentive, will go through anything on the menu, and make personal recommendations. A great place to start any trip to Boston. Getting there can be a... More

Who would imagine finding this gem out in a quiet neighborhood that would churn out tasty homemade Mexican food? A small place it became my hideout one spriing morning and the cooks did not disappoint. I had a marvelous breakfast of pancakes and chilaquiles, washed down with some freshly brewed coffee. Good Mexican in Boston! It's possible.
