Had a great stay in Boston and to top it all had some of the best fresh lobster of my life here. The flesh was soft and tasty and the service was spot on. I wish I had more time to spend as I could have done with going back but thats life. I will return one day!

We visited off season at an off time (2:00ish pm) and were seated right away and helped immediately. The lobster roll was perfection. I also got a chance to taste the fish and chips and the lobster mac and cheese. Both of those were also very good but the lobster roll trumped them in my opinion. Contemplating a longer layover... Don't judge this restaurant from the size as their seafood is so good!! I had a 2lb lobster with fries and corn on the cob, my wife had the sampler 1 which comes with shrimp, fish, and calamari and fries, my son had the shrimp plate with fried shrimp and fries. The food was really good at a reasonable price.... More

We did not dine in, but service was pretty bad. We walked in to somewhat of an attitude from the guy taking orders. We were the only people in there and the gentlemen at the register seemed beyond overwhelmed. He was very "off" and not so friendly or helpful. He also got the 2 item order wrong. What we thought... This is a small place, I almost got lost around the port. Had the lobster roll as a recommendation from the waitress. It was good, I can see the lobster claws whole in my roll. Found out that it's unlike those I saw in the main downtown area with tiny chopped up pieces of lobster, and plus they not no... More

Loved this place very homie feeling when you walk in. The Lobster Roll was so delicious I hope I get a chance to go back and try some other items on the menu. The prices were really good too.

I grew up eating legal seafood - which for me sets the standard. Its simple & fresh. Much prefer this to Le Bernardin in NYC. We were referred to Yankee Lobster (loved the name since we are from NYC) and it didn't disappoint. Family agreed the clam chowder was amazing. Lobster rolls were amazing. My sis loved the king crab... More

This is a very basic restaurant with no frills! Having said that, the food is very good and the wait staff really friendly and helpful. We had to wait a while for a table as it here aren't many but if you're in the area, would definitely recommend giving it a go!
