Great Lobster Roll

This place was just down the street from my hotel and had some pretty good reviews so I thought I would try it. I was not disappointed. The lobster bisque and lobster roll were fantastic. I added a great local beer and had a great meal for about $30.

The servers here are great, and they try very hard. The wait is crazy as the tables are first come. I witnessed a few competitive bids for tables that caused angry customers to fight over who arrived first. The lobster rolls didn't look appetizing at all. The Chowder was awful - some weird taste or spice in it. The lonster... More

This place is small, noisy and busy! The food is excellent. Don't go for the atmosphere. Go for the uniqueness and great food!

Not a bad stop to stop in for a good lobster roll. As tasty as it was the size was a bit lacking. I was still hungry. The chowder was good but not great. Not a lot of seating either.

A native Bostonian friend of the family sent us here to get the best lobster roll. We had classic, hot and fried in our group. All were delish. Price was great. Big chunks of meat, not the cubes Legal Seafoods puts in their roll and charges 30% more. Seating is hit or miss when busy, but that is part of... More

The place is packed with locals getting their hands dirty with yummy lobster. The seafood was incredibly fresh and the chowder, one of the best Ive tried (but I still prefer the SF clam chowder). Service is weak, they need to improve that!!! Its a good place to have lobster for a reasonable price.

Went for late lunch on a Friday afternoon. The place is small but there are also tables outside. Fresh fish displayed in the cabinet and great menu to choose from. Had the hot lobster roll, bisque, fried clams, and raw oysters. Everything was fabulous. The fried clams were the best I've ever had! Lobster roll was stuffed with large chunks... More

50$ for a deli dinner for 2 is a bit high. Clam chowder isn't that great, Lobster roll was ok but anemic. Lobster mac and cheese was good but smallish portion.

While waiting on the Harpoon brewery tour next door we had lunch at this fish market. The fish and chips with the halibut upgrade were excellent and the Harpoon beer was ice cold.
