My husband and I went to visit friends in Boston on a Saturday and ended up at the Seaport. We heard great things about this restaurant so went to check it out. The line was pretty intimidating but it seemed to be moving so we stayed. Fair warning- we were in line for a little over an hour and then... More

We had fried clam strips, a lobster roll, and a crab roll. All the food was really good. It took about 30 minutes to get our lunches (Saturday during the noon hour). We are outside (only seating for about 12 inside). Nice lunch. Nice people. I'd go back, but only if I had ample time.

I wanted to find a place for seafood between South Station and the World Trade Center while waiting for the P-Town ferry. Found this place based upon reviews. This was my first lobster roll, and I believe it has set a very high standard. It was on the typical New England style hot dog roll, piled high with chunks of... More

Not fancy, not expensive but worth a visit, IMHO. Typically I wouldn't seek out a place that Guy Fieri raved about on DDD, but there was something about the genuineness of this place that drove us to check it out. Formica topped tables, paper plates and some very delicious Lobster mac & cheese. Other diners were digging into whole lobsters... More

Awesome restaurant! Food was fresh and in good portions. We came from Texas so it was nice to know what fresh seafood was... we can not wait to go back!

I asked the front desk agent at my hotel where to go for a lobster roll, and she steered me right to Yankee Lobster. There are fancier places in this part of Boston, but she swore they had the best lobster roll and that it's where the locals go. My timing was pretty good - I waited in line for... More

This was the best lobster roll I've ever had. There had to be a pound of lobster meat on the sandwich, and everything else accented it perfectly. If you're looking for a fancy place, this isn't it. If you're looking for great seafood without paying a small fortune, this is your place.

We waited in a long, hot line for fabulous food and ended with an average or less meal. My husband had the lobster roll which he thought was good. I had the lobster Mac n cheese which was completely over cooked with tiny fragments of very chewy, tasteless lobster. I would recommend only getting the lobster roll, since his was... More

We had a list of places that sounded good from trip advisor that we wanted to try. It was Sunday and several places on our list were closed but not this place and I'm so happy we ended up here. It was just a block away from one of the stops on the tourist trolley we were riding so its... More

We wanted a break from the formal fish houses in Boston and asked for a real, down to earth place, and this one was recommended by some of the "locals". Just a short walk from Seaport we found basic outside seating, plain tables, and a nice line waiting to place eat-in, take out from a very nice menu. The food... More
