Any resemblance to an Italian restaurant was lost on me. The atmosphere was more like a coffee shop. You are seated next to a plate glass window looking out on the street. The chicken piccata was under cooked. You just don't do that with chicken. Linguini and meatballs were served cold. The meatball had the texture of a large cue... More

I went to Boston for a medical congress and someone in the hotel told me that there was a italian restaurant nearby. Unfortunately the waiters and the manager of this restaurant weren't prepared to serve in a good manner a tourist. The food was terrible and beer was the worst i ever tasted. They were rude. I deserve good luck... More

Went to a reception type event at this place on the waterfront in Boston recently. The place is nice and jammed. The bar area was closed off for our event, the food was excellent lots of different items warm and replenished during the entire event, both healthy options and neat stuff like mini crab cakes and staff very pleasant and... We had a fine lunch here Saturday afternoon, so not as busy. Staff very helpful & friendly. All aspects of the meal, soup, pasta & sausage with creamy red sauce were not to be missed. Dessert was equally good, rich chocolate flourless cake with equally tasty sauce. Fine choice for a visitor or for locals near the Seaport area waterfront.

Ok, this place is strange. So, with the menu and the wine selection, I'd expect a place with some character and ambiance. Unfortunately, it is a loud cafeteria/bar style place, with plastic/vinyl seats and cafeteria style tables. We enjoyed the food, but not really the location. Compared to the other choices you have in the neighborhood, this one is lacking.

We really enjoyed our meals there last night. Main courses are huge so had we known we would have skipped the starters. It was easy to get a table for the time we wanted via Open Tables and our waiter did a great job at making sure everything was ok. The food was really nice too. We would go back... More

This restaurant was recommended by the concierge at our hotel, so we were a little sceptical, but it was very nice. It was quite busy on a Friday night, but atmosphere was good. We shared an antipasti platter for starters which was very good, and they served breads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We then had a pasta dish... More

We should have known from the hostess being unenthusiastic about greeting and seating us..the restaurant was so loud that we could not have a conversation across the table. My dish was served cold but friend's was steaming hot. The food was average. Much better choices of a restaurants close by....

Food and service are nothing to write home about. Large portions make up for the bland taste of just about everything we ordered. Unfortunately, the prices were high and we ended up spending about $50/pp with only a couple of people having wine.

I had a delicious dinner chicken piccata with cheesy mashed potatoes and fresh string beans and dessert yummy chocolate gelato also had delicious Italian red wine. We sat in the front of restaurant with doors opened to outside. The restaurant is at the seaport area of Boston so after dinner went across the street to the boardwalk and looked out... More
