Great restaurant with cosy booths. I had the prime rib which was fantastic and my partner had the ribs which just fell off the bone. Staff were very friendly, would thoroughly recommend

The place is really nice and has some cosy tables. The ribs were delicious and the meat falls off the bone. Thoroughly recommend.

We had just finished wandering around the financial district and headed over to Faneuil Hall since we knew there were lots of places to eat over there. The menu outside Hillstone looked pretty good, if a little more expensive than we wanted, but we decided to try it anyway. I had the Thai marinated steak salad and hubs had the... More

Always great at Hillstones, the ribs are the best thing ever, though I also had the Thai Beef 7 Noodle Salad whilst in New York which was also fab. A little dark inside which can make it hard to see the menu

We were in Boston doing the tourist thing, following the Freedom Trail and soaking in all the 300-year-old history we could find. But after a while, the folks on the plastic bucket drums and the street performers get a bit tiresome, and we were looking for place to sit down and relax. And right there in front of us was... More

We enjoyed lunch at Hillstone this past week. The atmosphere is very nice, however, the menu is rather limited. Between the five of us we sampled everything from the Sushi to a steak. Nothing was bad, but nothing exceptional. Portion on the tuna steak were very small and it appears the best deal is the BBQ ribs. With all the... More

We went as parents with 3 children and were well hosted for this visit. Very attentive service and well stuffed plates with finely spiced meat and salads. Good value for the money and family friendly. Go for the child portions, which are less priced and largely big enough for children.

We have frequented other Hillstones/Houstons in other cities for many years and always have a great time. This last time was no different. Family dinner, lucky enough to walk in about 10 minutes before the rush crowd, were seated within 15 minutes of arriving; service very good; steaks and baked potatoes were fantastic. Its not the cheapest of places, but... More

I took an desire for steak and after a web search found Hillstone. Arrived with no reservation but they found space for me at the bar. Staff very attentive and the service was great. Sorry to say the steak was average at best and lacked any real beef flavour, a real shame particularly given the price. The burgers looked great... More

Loved the way they took care of my family. Kids were greated at the door by the kitchen staff and given a place of string fries. (Yummy) Sad note, due to the large party size, 6.... we had to use two separate booths. We were told it would take 3 hours to have a booth that could fit everyone so... More
