This joint has some seriously great pizza. I very highly recommend checking it out. Their three cheese blend is to die for.
Penguin Pizza is a fantastic spot to stop in for a slice (or a whole pizza!) with a variety of unique combinations of toppings. Their beer selection is always great, more than the regular pizza shop options. Good stuff in the Brigham Circle location!
I could write a lot about how much I love their pizza, which they have specials on slices of the day with crazy awesome topping combos. I would much rather talk about their amazing beer selection though. They've got such a variety, including all the beers I loved while studying in the Czech Republic. Penguin is hands down the best pizza in Boston if you are thin-crust type of person. The eggplant pizza with balsamic glaze is incredible, as is the Tuscan Fig and Prosciutto - it's sweet, satisfying and unlike any other pizza I've ever had. They have a massive selection of beer with constantly changing seasonal beers on tap. The atmosphere is... More
Great beer - reasonably priced too! (Penguin Ale) - tasty pizza, crispy nachos, and a great atmosphere make this place a great decision no matter the mood. Just be careful it is not a hot day, or you can skip the Sauna at the gym.
We couldn't ask for a better place to hang out near by... my husband and I find any excuse to stop by. The pizza is great, they take good care of their beer lines, they always have great new things on tap, and above all we love the staff. And they seem to like their regulars a lot. :) We've... More
We actually found this place on tripadvisor. It is in a very college type area which means one thing..huge pizzas!! Very delicious pie. Way more than 2 ppl could eat lol
Great pizza, close to Envision Hotel, definitely recommend! Very nice neighborhood, great evening! They took great care of us.
We went here because it was close to our hotel (enVision), but only stayed for about 15 minutes. The beer selection was okay, though not the best I've ever seen. Prices were good and lots of people were eating. There wasn't a cover, and there were no tables available when we arrived after 8PM one evening, so eating wasn't an... More
When the weather is nicer and we don't mind waiting for a seat (sometimes up to 2 hours), you will see us on Monday nights waiting to get in for 15 cent wings, pizza, AND fries - the best combination of food ever. We order plain wings (and put our own hot sauce on them), the Hawaiian pizza is AMAZING... More
