We walked around the Boston Park Plaza hotel to look for a Sunday breakfast place. We walked around the block and came back to Rustic Kitchen. We figured we'd give it a try. Arrived at 11:30 am just as they opened. Decor was a little funky and creative. Trendy chandeliers. Staff was attentive. Food was delicious. We had egg sandwiches,... More

Title says it all. The fresh pastas here were excellent! Salads were all meal size...that was our only gripe. We each wanted a different salad but had to settle for one mega salad

Location - excellent. A five-minute walk from the Wilbur Theatre. On a frigid New England night, location can be everything! Atmosphere - casual and inviting. Warm décor, and while the hanging pasta may be considered 'kitschy' by some, it made me smile. Appetizers of melanzane involtini and fried oysters were spot on. Texturally, the oysters were perfect and the 'lemon'... More

We had a large group from work visit this place for dinner. I loved the decor, which had pasta noodles of various sizes and color as part of the decor. We were in the 2nd dinning area which had light shaped like flowers, which I thought between the warm colors of the wall were very striking. Our server was very... More

This was our second year we made a reservation at Rustic Kitchen, for a family of 15. They are very accommodating and the food, was fantastic. The flavors, the timing, the atmosphere, the special private room, the aesthetics, are amazing. When you want to create a memory, Rustic Kitchen is the place in Boston.

Went here with my wife for dinner and overall had a great experience. The atmosphere was quite nice, felt like we were in a warm, cozy home. We had the rustic salad and eggplant involtini as appetizers and both were quite good. The eggplant came straight from the oven!! For dinner we had the gnocchi and sea bass special, both... More

We frequently enjoy eating at the Rustic Kitchen--consistently good food and nice service in a cozy setting. But for a real treat, sign up for The Cooking Show on Friday nights. Whether you come as a couple or with a group, you'll be treated to ample wine and great food, combined with an entertaining and informative Chef Elizabeth Bramwell. She'll... More

I was staying at the Revere Hotel next door and chose to dine here one evening, the restaurant seemed busy and offers a very much Italian themed menu, my server was very friendly and made me feel welcome, one point to note is that if you enter from the hotel you have to walk through the restaurant to the front... We chose this restaurant because it was attached to our hotel (The Revere) and the food was delicious....not rustic by any means, and reasonably priced. While it was an early Thursday night before a show, the wait staff must have been short, as our waitress did disappear for long periods. After our show we had hoped to come back to... More

Visited Rustic Kitchen on a Friday night and was not disappointed. Our party of eight was seated immediately. The server was on top of our needs and let us set the pace of dining for the evening. The food was incredible. The special, Beef Wellington was cooked perfectly and delicious. The desserts and appetizers were also awesome. Would recommend this... More
