Have been here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Has a NYC restaurant feel to it as the atmosphere is vibrant and can be loud at times. The food is excellent and they make a Paella that's worth every savory moment. You'll have to wait for a table during busy hours, but it's worth the wait.

We went to Toro for a friend's birthday and it was EXCELLENT! Be warned, the waits are long. We put our names on the list and enjoyed some wine at the cute Japanese restaurant just across the street. The timing was perfect! The restaurant itself is small and cozy. It's also quite noisy so probably not a good place for... More

Tapas restaurants, to me, are great places to go with 4+ people as you can order many different things to share. Our group of 6 had a fantastic time and ordered about half of the menu. Everything was delicious, but the standout was the Paella Valenciana. Highly recommend checking this place out on your next trip to Boston!

I met a friend for dinner here on Saturday night-and the food was EXTRAORDINARY! It definitely lived up to its freakishly high Zagat rating. Word of caution, but please don't let it stop you, You'll wait for your seat. They don't take reservations, but you can stop by-leave your name and number & the awesome Hostess will call you when... Outstanding tapas & cocktails in an inviting environment. Friendly and attentive staff. Foie Gras & paella to die for! A must when in Beantown.

People are obsessed with this place and its good but tapas is always small plates for way to much money. They do have good dishes and I like coming here when I'm only going to sit at the bar and get a snack and a drink. They have a lot of concepts like grilled corn with mayo but I have... More

Food was great and the tapas varieties were excellent. The paella was great but perhaps a little too salty. The wine recommendation was excellent.

This is just as good as its sister restaurant Coppa’s. After visiting Coppa’s earlier in the day (I know, I’m a lucky girl), I was prepared to be amazed, and I was not disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed each and every dish set down before us. We had the olives, peppers, tuna belly, lardo and crab bruschetta, ibrico jamon, carrots and... More

I imagine that if this restaurant was in Back Bay, Copley Sq, or downtown, it would rate much higher on the list. But because it is slightly out of the downtown area, most Tripadvisor members don't stumble across it. It is so worthwhile to find this place and has some of the most scrumptious tapas that I have had in... More

We decided to finally trek to Toro before heading to the BackBay for the Boston Arts Festival concerts in Copley. We saw that the bar opened at 4:30- and dinner began at 5:00, so arrived just before 4:30. There were already 5 other people waiting. By 5:00 the restaurant-as well as sidewalk seating was. The food was great-lots of fresh... More
