I've been to Barcelona, and I love going to Toro to taste the authentic cuisine from across the pond. This restaurant is one of the best in Boston, for any cuisine, but it tops all Tapas restaurants by a landslide in my opinion. If nothing else, order the corn, it's the best.

Eclectic menu. Fun atmosphere. Can be a bit pricey because it's hard to not order a variety of food to try. The corn is every bit as good as people say it is. Not a fan of the razor clams.

Food quality was spot on, service great, atmosphere great besides rap music playing - doesn't fit the theme/ambiance. Will be back and would recommend for sure. Thanks for. Great night!

I don't know what to think of this place. I loved the atmosphere, we had great service, and I actually didn't even mind the wait (Be prepared to wait!). But....I just didn't get the food. Our party had the heart, tripe, uni bocadillo, the corn everyone raves about, paella Valenciana, spicy green peppers, cauliflower, pork belly, burgers, empanadas and potatoes,... More

We had dinner at Toro on February 24th. I was expecting a huge waiting time after reading reviews on TripAdvisor, but we arrived at 6:30 pm and got spots at the bar, which we love. The bartender/waiter was super friendly and suggested great tapas and drinks for my boyfriend. Major props to the chef for the beef heart the cod... More

I went to Brunch at Toro with high hopes based upon all the reviews I have read. The service started out well however the meal and kitchen had serious issues. I ordered Picadilla de Cerdo (Crispy Pork hash with eggs over easy). They came out burned (black) on the bottom. The kitchen was trying to hide how bad they it... More

This is the only restaurant I've been to that has quoted a 2-2.5 hour wait and was accurate! Wow, a seriously long wait in a small area for dinner, but thankfully the cocktails are good (music too!). Food was delicious. Tapas was great for sharing, so go with a group (hence the long, long waits)

Stopped in for dinner on a Thursday night around 8pm. Place was busy with about 1/2 hour wait, but we grabbed a bar table instead. Had a number of the small plates - the shrimp in garlic sauce was delicious, just a little spicy. The tuna tartare was also fantastic. I enjoyed the pork belly more than my wife -... More

We went here recently on one of the coldest January nights the Northeast has seen; it was the perfect, cozy spot to escape the winter. The minute you open the door, you're greeted with inviting aromas promising something warm, smoky or spicy, friendly chatter and a packed bar. Toro does not disappoint with either food, atmosphere or its creative cocktails.... More
