Most PF Changs are pretty good... not this one. Management should walk around the place.... it's quick to see the place needs a good scrubbing. Pay particular attention to the stairway to the lower level and the handrails. We had an app and left... no reason to ever return.

I have enjoyed P F Chang's many times in other cities. Sort of like McDonald's, you know what to expect. Not this time. The Kung Poa Chicken was slimy and not well seasoned. Since I ate in the bar area (I was encouraged to go there by the hostess since I was eating alone), the bartender had other things to... More

The restaurant is just okay, nothing special. Food tastes fine. Just like any other P.F. Changs in the world.

I was disappointed with my meal as a first time PF Chang diner. The food was too Americanized for my taste. There was an industrialized restaurant taste to the food. I would have been better satisfied if I had gone to Chinatown. The fried rice was bland as were the vegetables. The chicken dish was very pedestrian without the exotic... More

The resturant was located within walking distance of our hotel. We had a great waitress who was very helpful in helping us make our food choices. The portions were more than ample and we had some to take with us.

I wish I could remember the hostesses' name so I could include it here because she made the experience so much nicer w/ her kind attitude and hard-working ethic. Besides her, the food was tasty but not great! That is OK w/ me for the price. The Mongolian beef stood out to me, in terms of taste.

We went for dinner and decide to eat at the downstairs bar. There was only 5 or 6 at the bar and the tables were mostly empty. The first bartender was ok but ended up doing drink orders for the upstairs servers. The second bartender we constantly have to wave down for attention or keep saying "excuse me, could you... More

Our daughter follows a gluten free diet and PF Changs has a gluten free menu. I shared her chicken and rice. My husband had cashew chicken. Food was just average.

We had to wait an hour to get into P.F. Chang's, but once we got inside the food did not merit the wait. Because it was a long weekend the restaurant was busier than they expected and the service was very slow. The waiter and manager were very apologetic and did there best to make our meal pleasant, but at... More

We had reservations and arrived about 20 minutes early. Requested a table /no booth. Given a buzzer and told to wait. Several "walk ins " with out reservations came in and were seated. When our buzzer buzzed we were told 'Oh, our mistake we didn't mean you". Again we wait...10 more minutes perhaps and are seated at A BOOTH !... More
