Description: Opened June 2, 2005, at 90 North Washington Street – nestled between the North End of Boston and the soon-to-be rejuvenated Bullfinch Triangle area – nebo is an upscale pizzeria/enoteca with seating for 105. The stylish décor of all natural wood, stone, and chocolate brown ultrasuede is reminiscent of the cosmopolitan ambiance of Rome and Milan . The white marble bar, complete with plasma TV, is perfect for a post-work bite or beverage. Menu offerings at nebo include traditional Neapolitan pizza; a wide variety of antipasti and bruschette; and a selection of desserts, all made on the premises. Nebo also features a full bar and an extensive wine list, with over 150 selections available by the bottle. Unique to nebo are wines offered by the quartino – presented in individual carafes, they're just enough for those wishing to share a taste.

Recommended by conierge at Boston Harbor Hotel.....WHY? Food was nasty eg my mushroom pasta was like rubber. The owners should try hairdressing and give up restuarants.

We went early on a Friday night so they could accommodate our party of 10. The service was fine but the atmosphere is quite loud. Our meals were hit and miss. The bibb salad was beautifully presented and was delicious. The zucchini lasagna was nothing special either in presentation or taste. The veal was disappointing. It looked more like chicken... More

Staying at the Intercontinental next door, Nebo was a logical choice one evening. We didn't have a reservation (for Friday night) so we had to wait about 30+ minutes which was no problem. We were seated in the bar area and had a glass of wine while waiting. When the table was available, the receptionist came over and escorted us... More

Nebo was recommended to me by a close friend, and I was in the mood for pasta, so it was the right place for dinner near the waterfront. Overall, the restaurant was good, but not up to my expectations. I had the pasta with clams and found it acceptable but nothing to shout about. Same for the wine selections. The... More

We have been going to Nebo's for years - the new location is beautiful, the atmosphere is sophisticated but welcoming, the food is always delicious and authentic, and the staff is friendly and fun. Whether we are out for date night, meeting friends, dining with family, or just stopping in for a quick bite, we are never disappointed!

The three of us were anxious to try NEBO. Since the website indicates that they aren't open for lunch, we never went. When another friend told me that they WERE open for lunch, I called to make a reservation. The person who answered the phone told me that they could not take my request for a reservation. They only take... More

I have been here a few times for after work drinks and dinner with some girlfriends. The atmosphere is great for a happy hour, a nice dinner, or a special occasion. Everything I have eaten at Nebo is delicious. The service is excellent - it seems like something they really pride themselves on. Your wine glass will never get empty!... More

Went in for a quick, easy lunch… Pizza and a glass of wine. No frills, no thrills… Just a small bite to get my day going. Not the case… Both small things… No Pizza served for lunch Having to ask for too many things to count: (Grated cheese, Olive Oil, a new napkin, rolls, more) And major things… Flies in... More

I went here for a work holiday lunch. The food was very good (I had the salmon and tried the ciabatta). However, the menu seems a little pricey for what it is. The lunch menu isn't posted yet online, but sandwiches run ~$17. If you're not bothered by the price, I would definitely recommend it. Separately, this place has some... More

Owners Carla and Christina have done Boston proud in this wonderful new location of their well-received home-style Italian restaurant. The space is grand and inviting and bubbling with good cheer, a style and tone set by these warm and lovely people. The food is direct, honest and healthful - light and delicious. These are meals that you can eat any... More
