4 of us dropped $180 here on decent tapas and way overpriced Sangria ($28 / 4 glass pitcher) on a Sunday night after making reservations for the flamenco show at 7:00. Around 8:00 a cheesy lounge lizard type of guy showed up with a synthesizer and played some Gipsy Kings covers. It was a huge disappointment. more

If only the owner of the place (or at least he looked like the owner) didn't give us the evil eye because we had to move tables to accomodate more of our party coming, and if only the service wasn't pretentious to say the least - then I would have given BarLola a 5. The food, the food, the food. Dropped in just for drinks, yesterday. Looked at the menu. Became intrigued. Ordered a couple of tapas. They were fantastic. Ordered several more dishes.
