My wife and i were walking down the street and saw this tiny restuarant with open seats at the bar. We walked in and ordered a couple of glasses of wine. After a bit we decided to order an appetizer. It was so good we decided to stay for dinner. Now if you want to be waited on hand and foot,this... More

We were visiting the area from Michigan and were SO SO glad to have stopped here. The service was beyond Outstanding and the food unbelievably delicious. Our waiter gave us top notch service and we had so much fun. The stuffed lobster, risotto, lobster ravioli and calamari were the best we have had. Even though we were full from our... More

Came in and we all ordered egg plant for $12.95. Ten minutes later we were told no eggplant. Ordered items NOT ON menu. GOT BILL AND SPAGHETTI WAS $21.95 CHICKEN PARM $19.95. Thought they were trying to get more revenue. We should of asked how much the items were. We did complain and the cook finally adjusted bill to half.... More

We had a nice dinner here that cost us $100 more than any other dinner we had while in Boston. The thing is, half the menu items were not available and more than half the wines on their list were not available. Specials were available and the most expensive items on the menu. The North End gets a tremendous amount... More

Let me start by saying I don't normally eat Italian food out.. That being said, my husband and I went to the North End for the St. Anthony's Feast. We have never been to the Feast and I really wanted to experience it. What caught my eye about Pasta e Pomodoro was so cute and so reminiscent of what I... More

The staff was very friendly and took great care of us. We went in just as some work was being done out front that required jackhammering. I am sure that the street repairs ran other customers off. But we had really terrific service. I had eggplant parm and I thought it was outstanding. It's my favorite Italian meal and I... More

Food wasn't terrible but not great either, no fresh pasta. Mussells app was tasty, homemade salad dressing gross, fra diavolo and chicken prosciutto entree ok. For those who have eaten good italian in the north end or elsewhere-- you will not be impressed. Cocktails are not good. Decor is nice, open windows to the street, waiter was great. The host... More

We came across this lovely little restaurant whilst walking to a nearby laundromat in Salem Street, what a delightful find! You can sit and sip on beer, a good selection of wines ans their own special sangria whilst waiting for a table. On warm summer nights the front of the restaurant is open and being slightly elevated from the street... More

I've been here twice when in Boston and both times I have been very happy. My favorite dsh is the fried squid appetizer. I had that for lunch today. It was large enough to make a satisfying lunch. When friends' came to visit last summer we had dinner here and everything was very good then too. I would say well... More

Just a sort walk from the long lines and crowded dining rooms of Hanover Street, this little restaurant at the far end of Salem Street was a nice surprise. Food was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. Our waitress, Katie, was a jewel. The Veal Oscar was the most tender I have ever tasted. The rack of lamb was... More
