The oldest (?) sports bar in Boston, close to Hynes Convention Center and a 15 min. walk from Fenway Park; serves the food you expect (burgers, chicken wings, calamari, etc..) and apart from TV's everywhere & a lot of Red Sox/Bruins attributes on the wall you'll find great atmosphere and service to watch your favorite games!

World Cup Soccer on the t.v drew us in when we were on our way to the Summer Shack (which sounded delicious). But, we were hungry and ready to sit down! We had a friendly waitress, a pitcher of Sam Adams summer brew, fish and chips, calamari and a shrimp Po Boy. The fish and chips were the BEST I've... More

A great RED SOX bar. Enough said. Here r the other 100 characters so this review gets posted. A few more to go. Lots of Sox memorabilia here. Nice cozy bar with brick walls. Has the Boston East Coast feel. Easy to find. Walking distance to Fenway. That is 100 characters. Nope, they want more characters. Good beer and mushroom... More

I've stopped in here a few times, and love checking out all of the awesome Boston sports historic memorabilia- truly museum quality! The bartender was great- friendly even to the Reds fans during game day, and had some nice quips. Food was great for bar food, and a decent beer selection. I think every sports fan should at least stop... More

The bouncer was incredibly rude and when my boyfriend exited through a really large window that was wide open and basically just a door with a step, he pulled my boyfriend aside and YELLED at him. Who does that? It was not a particular wild or crazy time, middle of the afternoon. It was really unclear that exiting through there... More

Dirty and slow service. I was here for a drink with friends and it was close to our hotel. Would not return.

On our first visit to Boston, we found ourselves down on Boyleston Street late in the evening. We were two tired, cold and hungry Southern girls in search of dinner. We stumbled upon McGreevy's and decided to give it try - after all, Boston had to have had some great Irish food. We were quickly seated upstairs by a window... More

Had 2 bad experiences. Both times service was terrible. Waitress never checked on us and was more concerned with other tables even talking to one while we were ordering! 1st visit food arrived cold and at different times. Everyone was finished by the time mine made it to the table. 2nd visit ordered an app and it came out with... More
