A little dark but great atmosphere. My kids had a burger and my wife and I had a beer. Fries were good, pickle could have been better.

We ducked into this gem for lunch. Although I did not have a burger, it will be the very next thing I try after watching burger after burger go by my table, stacked high with fresh condiments and gorgeous looking fried onion rings on top. I had a delicious BBQ chicken salad. Niece had a decadent braised beef grilled cheese... More

Beer is good and the service is good but the place is dark and crowded. Not a bad place to pre-game before heading to another bar!

After a morning of site seeing in the area we stumbled on to this gem. Great service, unique atmosphere and good food. Our food was served fresh and they provided good portions. The sweet potato fries were the best we have ever had. Enjoy lunch visit

After a day of walking around the city in the sun, we decided to go to 21st Amendment as it was close to the apartment. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly waitress and ordered a couple of drinks - a Hendricks martini with a twist and some soda. Before long, we received our buffalo chicken bites with blue... I went here with some friends for a pre-game for a bachelor party night out. It was a lot of fun. The bar itself has an old time pub feel. The bar tender was really nice. The crowd was mostly people in their late twenties to mid thirties. If you're looking for a place to hang out and get some... More

Nice place to have a quiet lunch right across from the State House. The burger was tasty and they allowed me to substitute fries for a salad and it was a large salad to boot. Maybe a bit too much dressing on it for me, but still pretty good. The medium rare burger came out medium rare and the wait... More

You want a real neighborhood bar, fella? You got it here. I walked in on a cold night to get out of the drizzle, and fell into a lively trivia battle between a bunch of well-sauced mates from Australia and a couple of bands of locals. Answering the first question right, a bit late in the game, got my name... More

You can't really see in to the 21st Amendment from the outside, and it looked as though it may have been closed, but we tried the big old door and found an excellent pub on the other side. It was small, cosy and very busy, resulting in a great atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and there is a range... More

I came in here for drinks one night. It was a cool place with nice people, very old school feeling with the floors and ceiling, and the beer was cold. Couldn't ask for more.
