I stopped in this landmark in Brighton just to see if they really had those challenge burgers on the menu, and they do! Too much for me though, i had a cowboy burger with BBQ sause, sauteed onions and bacon. The burger was juicy and cooked to order, the bun and condiments were great. All in all a good lunch,... More

Hadn't visited Eagle's in years (since pre-renovation) but have been going there over the past 20 years. Maybe it was the fact that the new grill and friolator don't have the same flavor as the old ones but my chicken sandwich was underseasoned and a bit overcooked. The garnishes were low quality (thin/tasteless lettuce and tomatoes) and the buns were... More

This delicious restaurant featured on Man Vs. Food can be reached easily via train via the green line. Because I wanted to be able to move around Boston for the remainder of my visit, I only ate a 1 lb bacon cheddar cheese burger with caramelized onions. The thing was juicy, delicious and, as a result, extremely easy to eat.... More

We stopped here for lunch for the first time. We have heard from friends that this was the best deli in Boston and thought we would check it out. Two of us ordered burgers (the Cowboy burger with BBQ sauce and onions and bacon---which was delicious) and the Swiss burger a 1/2 lb of beef loaded with swiss and mushrooms... More

I rarely, almost never, give a 5 out of 5 rating as I like to give the business something to work for. So a 4 out of 5 is pretty good and means I hope to return. I first heard of Eagles Deli off of a TV show called Man Vs Food. They have a Challenge Burger here which is... More

Great food, busy menu board. Corn beef was very lean & the grilled cheese was very heavy on the cheese.... PLUS. An interesting spot in busy Boston.

In Cleveland Circle area of Boston, blocks from Boston College is a unpretentious deli with sandwiches, burgers, and meals. Breakfast is excellent from routine eggs to their sunrise bulke roll egg sandwiches with egg, cheese and crispy bacon. Oven roasted and grilled breakfast potatoes are excellent. Order at the counter, take a number, sit down, and an employee will bring... More

Excellent burgers! Burgers from 1/4lb (the kiddie burger) up to 5lb Eagle's Challenge! Best deal is the Godzilla (1lb burger for $10). My son devoured the Godzilla. I was completely satisfied with the mere 1/2lb Bianco burger. My wife however could not finish her Inferno - wicked hot and spicy -- be warned! Restaurant has a hand full of tables... More
