A popular lunch spot mid-week. Easy to get a decent lunch, although very predictable, for a group and be in and out under an hour. Appropriate atmosphere for a work group lunch. And sound service.

Stopped in for an evening meal and thoroughly enjoyed it! Standard fare but well cooked and the service was excellent. Staff very friendly and chatty; the atmosphere was really good and I can imagine it was a good place to be on St Patrick's night! A really enjoyable meal washed down with a couple of pints of the black stuff... More

I thought I was on candid camera. It seemed like 2 novice servers were shadowing each other, though presumably one was teaching the other. I couldn't tell which was which. They each interrupted me to ask if I was "enjoying" myself whilst I was working on some serious business. And they both went walkabout together when I needed to pay... More

We ate here several years ago when it first opened. It was, of course, newer then and more Irish then. It appears the owners have made changes to appeal more to the young drinking crowd. Still an okay place.

The menu is extensive and the entrees we had were quite good. The draft beer list is impressive and had just been updated. We shared a flight of Sam Adams brews, five very different and tasty beers. There are TVs everywhere and were tuned to the Celtics game being played at the nearby TD Garden. It was a very cold... More

Looking for a place with hearty food, the game (nfl or nba) on, and a good place for a drink with friends? This is the place! The service was very friendly and they couldn't do enough for us, which included putting the NBA on over the NFL. The food was very good, but not quite the standard of an Irish... More

Decent restaurant but nothing too super. You could probably find better food a little further down in the Quincy Market area for around the same price. French fries were phenomenal, but the chicken tenders were overcooked. Service was fine otherwise. They're always advertising for specials on sports nights; "Bruins, Beer, and Burgers" for a discounted price. Would go back and... More

Came here while staying on Tremont Street on business. After trying Emmetts for a few nights for something to eat, I switched my allegiances to the Kinsale. Sat and ate at the bar. Service was prompt, polite and attentive. Food was good (fish and chips was particularly good) with a large selection of beers. Some of the specials were good... More

The wife and I had lunch here last week. We arrived shortly before the lunch hour crush so there was plenty of room. We bellied up to the bar and we were warmly greeted by the bartendress(?) they had plenty of your standard beers to choose from, but I liked their craft (foreign) selection. Plenty to choose from and the... More
