If I had but known…the bowl Lobster Bisque is a meal in itself…lots of huge chunks of Lobster. The two pound lobster was pan prepared and beyond exquisite…service incredible, local beer selection awesome and the fish dish delicious…true New England seafood at its best…don't miss this restaurant. Service was excellent early on a slow night...

This restaurant serves lots of seafood, but most importantly, LOBSTER! done in many ways. I had the pan fried lobster with a delicious buttery, savory sauce. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his special of spicy jambalaya with shrimp. We both had salads that were tasty and the most heavenly cornbread ever! The Indian pudding was highly recommended to us, after we... More

It's got a decent dive bar vibe in there as it is way more casual and down-scale then most of the seafood places in town which appealed to us. However we went in at around 1:30 on a Friday and the place was completely empty. They had a big menu with lots of seafood specials. Everything was fairly cheap except... More

We've been here after being recommended the place by a friend. It's warm and cosy, with a great atmosphere and a most helpful staff. At a normal cost for Boston, the loster was extremely tasty, fresh and simple, from the claws to the liver, and we stayed for some dessert (bananas with caramel and apple pie) which turned out to... If you go to Boston you must stop at the Summer Shack. Great place to relax and have some great seafood. I went 2x during my 5 day stay in Boston. The choices of Lobster are amazing! The mussels in white wine are to die for, along with the dipping bread. I also had the Clam chowder which was hot... More

We had a great time and waiter was very good with the kids. Serving where large, and plenty to eat for more then one person. Crab legs where very good.

Sure you can get a nicer tablecloth, but good seafood, done like the locals like it, is the specialty here. I ate here twice, and both times the seafood-based soups were very good. The service also was good, but not real good. If you want a first-class dining experience, I would go to a fancier restaurant. However, if you want... More

We have stayed in Hotels near the Hynes/Prudential Center for years and always walked by this restaurant with no interest. Well, it was cold on 12/31 and we were staying next door at the Hilton. The menu looked great, so dispite the mixed reviews we gave it a try. We had great service and very good food. It is very... More

The staff is friendly, atmosphere is fine, but the food is merely average. The crab cakes were full of fragment but lacked any real taste. A salad with broiled shrimp was large, but the shrimp was tough and tasteless. Desserts sounded promising but were merely average.
