Cool place, very nice view

After a scavengers hunt we went to eat lunch at Joe's. Atmosphere was chilly, a lot of families and couples. The view was amazing and the food was great. I ordered Joe's burger with sweet potatos. I can still feel the taste! The ultimate lunch.

We had lunch here on our last trip so decided to go back again and we were not disappointed. My husband had the lobster roll and i had the chicken club sandwich. We were serviced by Michelle who was great from the minute we walked in. She always had a smile on her face. Great views too. We would definitely... More

We were hungry and we were too tired to continue walking into the North End, so we stopped here for lunch. The wait was short, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The beer was cold and service was prompt. My husband ordered the house salad with the house lemon-garlic vinegraitte, and the chicken with ziti and broccoli. His salad... More

Joes, although a chain restaurant, has a great waterfront location and reliable good food, bar and large seating areas. We have eaten both lunch and Sunday brunch here---even held my daughter's bridal brunch here in a private room upstairs....very ggod.

Came here first stop during our couples Boston bar hopping trip. Food was excellent and our server Egor was awesome, very attentive and prompt with everything. Will definitely be back during next visit to Boston!

Twice a year we travel to Boston with a large group of European businessmen. Part of each of those trips include a typical American 'steak' evening. Our usual haunt used to be Charlies, and when it closed we were recommended to go to Joe's American on Newbury, which we've done for the last 3 years. I advocated for our funder... More

My husband and I love visiting Joe's at any of their locations (especially Newbury and the Atlantic Ave ones). They always have great outdoor seating and the food and service has always been spot on. I've never had a bad meal there - burger, jambalaya, the honey mustard salad is incredible. This is a place where we always like to... More

We have been repeat customers are Joe's (mostly the Newbury St. location) since 1991. We loved it because of the mix of casual and fine dining on the menu. I especially loved their prime rib, wonderful and big at a modest price, served with a fresh popover. We went back last night and it is suddenly Joe's.2: all casual, no... More
