We waited long for getting a table but, well, it was a busy Saturday morning... no need for the boss to be unfriendly though. Then, we waited 25' before he came to take orders - still rude. On my son's cup, we found an old leaf ; on his plate, 2 hairs ; under his pancake, another leaf. And coffee... More

Have your omelet your way, or have it Sorella's way. Sorella's has created omelet choices that no one has thought of before. This place is open early and fills up fast. The only problem is there is not place to park. Park on a side street or walk.

Small breakfast spot in Jamaica Plain, about a 10 minute walk from the Envision Hotel JP. Extensive menu, many specials daily. Expect a line on the weekends.

we were visiting family in the area and we went for brunch on a Monday. Very simple yet clean surroundings. It was pretty busy at noon considering it was a holiday and i was so impressed by the size of the menu. Eggs, every way, omelet combinations that were so creative i can't believe that this small establishment can maintain... More

Quirky place with mismatched dishes. Like being in someone's house but not really. Had the eggs, andouille and potatoes. The potatoes had NO taste, no salt, no nothing. The andouille was spicy and good. The French toast (and I'm quoting)- "It didn't suck but it was just OK.". The pancakes are another story. They are delicious. Worth going for the... More

I'd give Sorella high marks for atmosphere, price and variety. But stay away from anything with hazelnuts in it. They buy them in bulk and their rancidity will ruin your pancakes.

Dear Sorella's, I am new to the JP area, yet I have been here several times.....usually only if Centre Street Cafe has a line!!! The food is just alright (homemade is better), but you do have a great selection. HOWEVER the other day I was in Sorellas for a late brunch, with my boyfriend and little brother who is special... Sorella's has everything you could want in a Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch place. Cash only for this wonderfully brunchy goodness. Decadent omelets the size of your face make you more full then you ever thought you could be on eggs. They also have a ton of stuff for you veggies out there. They aren't very expensive, so if you want to fill yourself... More

If you went here every weekend for a year, you still would not get through all the choices on the menu. Pancakes, crepes, omelettes. Leave the calorie counter at home. Sorella's puts all its effort into the food and that is fine by me. It is flavorful and plentiful. Come here for the food, not for the decor and the... More

A friend once described this place as eating breakfast at your friends' house, but those friends don't really like you. Delicious pancakes, overwhelming omellettes, inconsistent service. Better to go during the week than on the weekends.
