Better than I expected

Stopped here after a tour of Fenway and expected it to be sort of "franchisesque". The beer was much better than expected. If you want a more authentic Fenway experience go elsewhere but might be worth stopping here for a beer.

Perfect location right outside home plate gates to Fenway. Good selection of microbrews on tap and typical American bar food menu. Place gets a little crowded before home games so give yourself time and be patient while waiting for a table. Once you sit down the service is excellent and the food comes out quickly enough that you can make... More

I have been to a number of the locations, and while I find the beer and food selections pretty good, I tend not to go back becasue I feel the value I'm getting for the money isn't there. There are plenty of places to find better craft brews cheaper.

We had a burger - very good. The beer selection was vast and the glass chosen was great. The wait staff was friendly. Definitely a good spot to stop for lunch!

The beer is pretty good, the food is very average. I would go expecting a fun experience being in a brewery and stop the expectations there. Average brewery house beer and food is just fine.

We have been coming to this location for a number of years. I personally prefer the Canal St. Location to this one. We both ordered the grilled turkey tips which are a good value and tasty. This is not really my favorite time of year as far as their seasonal beer selection. That being said, their regular offerings are consistently... More

We have been wanting to try this place for awhile now. The food was fine (nothing outstanding but still good.) After all, it is a brew house. The place serves its own crafted beers which we found appealing. Only negative is that on a Saturday night for dinner they were out of a number of beers. The dark beer sampler... More

Pre-gaming before Sox opening day, super crowded inside, good brews, pushing the IPA craze lately. They do have a "beer line" for the bar which I think is a pretty cool feature, it's not labelled or anything though so you have to be aware and don't hang around the bar if not ordering, you may be "shooed" away but probably... Great selection of in-house brews and excellent service. The food was nothing to write home about. I can't even remember what we ordered but what do you expect in a brewery. Great location near Fenway Park.
