Great preamp stop!

4 of us stopped in for a beer before the Sox and Yankees game. The place was rocking'. They only have their craft beer, no name brands here. We each have different beer tastes and we all found a beer that we liked on our first try. We didn't eat but the food looked good. A great choice before... read more

They only serve beers that they make. We ordered food and it took us 30 to get nachos and a burger. I had to ask for a glass of water 4 times before I actually got it. I also asked two different waitresses. Was extremely disappointed with this experience.

Stopped through for a beer and a snack before hitting the road. God quick service. Great food and great beer. Took a growler of the Boston Red Ale to go. Prices are good too. Right across from Fenway Park. Go Sox!!!

Nothing special about the food. Service was slow, on a non-game, Thursday night. Wasn't asked for a water refill, messed up our entree order and waited a ling time for food to arrive. Only good thing was the beer.

This place was unusually quiet on a Saturday evening which meant it was easy to get a table. Unfortunately the service felt they could coast as a result. We rarely saw them, had to ask for basics like napkins, utensils, water, etc before receiving them. They ran out of ice tea and declared at 5pm that they weren't going to... More

Beer is locally brewed, so if you like to support that, this is your stop before or after a game at Fenway. Get here EARLY if you want to eat, but isn't as necessary if you're just looking for a beer or two!

The food was okay but the service was a little slow and their was something of an odor to the establishment. This was possibly due to the fact that we went inside less than a half hour after the start of a Red Sox game in Fenway.

This is a fun place to meet before or after a Red Sox game. There is a great variety of local beers, and more than just the usual beer joint foods. We had the Rajun Cajun dish and the El Paso salad with chicken, both were very tasty. Service was good in spite of the crowd and the access to... More

Chose this place because it's location. We arrived around 4:00pm before the game. We had plenty of time to eat, drink and enjoy pre-game fun! Beer Works is a must for burgers, salads good food and beer!

Mainly good for it's selection of beers when going to a Red Sox game... food is just ok. Stick to the apps, salads, that you think are easy to do. Very crowded during game days though.
