rack of lamb & a belly dancer side

Not inexpensive - but worth the experience. Food was better than average, but not gastronomic. Attentive service and of course the Moroccan backdrop decor is silly fun!

Fun place to go as a small group. Tables for 2-4 in the front dining room are complemented by semi-private rooms for groups of six or more. As a group of six, we were ushered into an alcove with a low round table, red sofa seating with plush cushions. Highlights from the menu's appetizers were the mergez, chicken b-stilla and... More

Just returned from a great dinner here at this Moroccan restaurant. We started with some cocktails that really started the meal off on a good foot. For appetizers we had the tuna tartar and the chicken bastille for appetizers and they were very good. Small critiques would be not enough tuna and the chicken was a little dry, otherwise the... My friend and I had a great meal here. Authentic food and excellent service. Parking is on street so it's the only drawback we found. The cigar bar downstairs has a great ambience. Prices were a little high but well worth it.

My bestfriend and I found this gem about 3 years ago, we've been coming back every since. Koullshi gets packed easily during the weekend so the best time to get there is before 9pm. It's pricey but come on you are paying them to take you to a different place and experience a unique culture. So, get ready to spend... More

The atmosphere and decor are great. We had a reservation and were taken to a back room where the tables were regular tables, not the low, Moroccan style seating with the great character. We chose to eat at the bar. That may have been why we were so rushed. The appetizer came out immediately. It was the tuna tartar was... More

We got here a little early around 9 PM and were able to get a seat easily, which sounds like we got lucky based on the other reviews and how crowded it got within a hour or so of us getting there. The prices were a little high across the board on the menu, but we didn't really feel like... More

Moroccan style and décor made for a unique experience and cozy get together with friends. Enjoyed the belly dancing entertainment before dinner. Generous portions, perfect before going out and excellent wine selection. After a wonderful trip to Morocco our group met at Tangierino in Charlestown to try to recapture the atmosphere - and delicious food - we had experienced in North Africa. Tangierino did not disappoint. The decor is sumptuous and distinctly Moroccan - rich reds, gorgeous fabrics, and several tables surrounded by beautiful strips of fabric to create the feeling of... Was there with friends on a Friday night Quite busy and crowded The halls are decorated in Moroccan style I tried the sesame-coated tuna and it was excellent Their chicken and lamb are halal, and that was a pleasant surprise The belly dancer was good They also have a hook lounge in the basement Main downside is that the food...
