Even having peered through the windows you have no idea how well decorated this restaurant is inside, just like being in morocco. The tables are well spaced so you dont have to listen to anyone else's conversations. I had a moroccan style mohito - well worth trying! The food was good and when I asked for a slight change to... Tangierino is located in lovely Charlestown in Boston. The venue is evocative of the middle east, with pictures of beduins hanging from red walls under a dim light, and low lying sofa's. Service was cordial. Their wine selection was okay, the mint tea was good. We had some flat bread with olives and humus for starters followed by short ribs... More

My wife and I stopped in to try this place as it came highly recommended. The décor is very cool where the environment makes you feel like you are in Bedouin. The menu has authentic and modern Moroccan cuisine and both are excellent. They also have very good drinks like "The Flying Carpet" and "Drunken Camel"

My wife and I ordered a Mendoubia Salad - Baby Spinach, Goat Cheese & Cranberry in Phyllo, Toasted Pine Nuts and Ras El Hanout - Foie Gras with duck confit, figs, almonds and cherry glaze. Both appetizers were absolutely delicious! We split an entree called Sultan’s Kadra Za’atar - Spiced Rack of Lamb, Three Cheese-Filled Eggplant, Wild Mushrooms, Figs, Apricots,... More

First of all, the food was good. We went there right after my friends who ran the Marathon. It was somewhat quiet as most people were still in town celebrating. They have booths with curtains, hookahs if you want to smoke very Moroccan. We took the recommendations from our server who was very kind. We asked him what dishes would... More

Took my better half here to celebrate her birthday dinner this past weekend. I had reservations for 730 and we were seated promptly upon our arrival. We were immediately offered water and given a few minutes to review the menu. We ordered the short rib appetizer and I got a chicken and couscous dish while she had the salmon. Our... More

This place is an over-decorated version of what westerners think Arabia looks like. A horrible crash colored belly dancing hell. I would never even enter such a place but I was invited to a party. When the food arrived though, things took a dramatic turn. Impeccable starters with juicy cuts of lamb & veal, outstanding mains and lovely side dishes... More

We had a reservation and were shown to our table immediately. It was one of the best seats in the house under a canopy on cushioned couches at a low table. I have to say that the table was really a bit low for comfortable dining but the atmosphere more than made up for that. Unfortunately, we never got to... More

We had to wait for nearly 10 minutes for the staff at the front desk to even acknowledge our presence considering there were two people at the desk; one person was just staring into space and the other person was helping a customer get a taxi. we were shown to our table which was in a corner near an emergency... My companion and I were visiting Beantown for the New Year and decided we wanted to smoke some hookah and get to see a neighborhood we hadn't explored yet (Charlestown). Now Charlestown is a very quaint neighborhood reminiscent of Old Town Alexandria in our hometown of Washington. We came here on the Monday night before New Years and they had... More
