Tangierino is a sumptuous, sensory experience that combines old world cooking methods & a one-of-a-kind fusion with North African, French, Spanish, Asian and American culinary culture. In transforming this vision into a reality, we only use the freshest and finest ingredients available; Prime aged beef, locally caught seafood, small farm vegetables and the widest array of the earth's most exotic spices. The result is a distinctively Moroccan-influenced Chophouse that has been recognized by Zagat, Boston Magazine, The Boston Globe, Improper Bostonian, Phantom Gourmet and many others as one of Boston's premier destination restaurants.

Nice!

A lively shisha and cigar bar with food and several rooms. The service was first class and an occasional belly dancer would entertain. Quite a special place which I enjoyed.

There is nothing special here. The food quality was average at best and the portions are small as well as the wine pours. $49/pp not worth the trip to this side of the city.

The worst dinning experience I ever had. - prices are not marked correctly and not honored - 3 hour experience because staff did not show interest - promised that the bill would be taken care of on the house after a single member of our party could not smoke hooka THEN was charged full price. -member of the party was... We dined early on a Thursday evening (about 6pm) and had the pleasure of having the place mostly to ourselves for the first half hour. Very romantic decor including rose petals and candle lit lantern on each table. The staff were professional, attentive without being intrusive, swift and very pleasant. Our foie gras appetizer was a little plate of heaven.... More

Not inexpensive - but worth the experience. Food was better than average, but not gastronomic. Attentive service and of course the Moroccan backdrop decor is silly fun!

Fun place to go as a small group. Tables for 2-4 in the front dining room are complemented by semi-private rooms for groups of six or more. As a group of six, we were ushered into an alcove with a low round table, red sofa seating with plush cushions. Highlights from the menu's appetizers were the mergez, chicken b-stilla and... More

Just returned from a great dinner here at this Moroccan restaurant. We started with some cocktails that really started the meal off on a good foot. For appetizers we had the tuna tartar and the chicken bastille for appetizers and they were very good. Small critiques would be not enough tuna and the chicken was a little dry, otherwise the... My friend and I had a great meal here. Authentic food and excellent service. Parking is on street so it's the only drawback we found. The cigar bar downstairs has a great ambience. Prices were a little high but well worth it.

My bestfriend and I found this gem about 3 years ago, we've been coming back every since. Koullshi gets packed easily during the weekend so the best time to get there is before 9pm. It's pricey but come on you are paying them to take you to a different place and experience a unique culture. So, get ready to spend... More

The atmosphere and decor are great. We had a reservation and were taken to a back room where the tables were regular tables, not the low, Moroccan style seating with the great character. We chose to eat at the bar. That may have been why we were so rushed. The appetizer came out immediately. It was the tuna tartar was... More
