Quick Service; Good Thai

We were in a hurry but the service here was very quick and the food extremely good. The menu is extremely extensive and the six of us had six different dishes. I had a duck dish, which was very good (though some of the duck was a bit overdone); I also tasted someone else's Pad Se Ew, which was... read more

We had a wonderful dining experience. They have an extensive menu along with Daily specials. They offer reasonable priced wine and beer. Service was efficient. The food was hot and tasty! Location is right off the T , the On the green line. We were going to an event at the Agganis Arena and it is a block away !... More

We visited Brown Sugar cafe for lunch and it was wonderful. Very reasonably priced, quick service, easy street parking and delicious thai meals. The meals are nice and filling too.

The Brown Sugar does a consistently fine job in serving Thai dishes that are extremely flavorful, fresh-tasting, nicely spiced (but not too challenging). The portions are generous, the service is pleasant and accommodating, the ambiance is fine for a casual conversation. We can recommend their soups (the Tom Yum Goong and Tom Khai Gai are fine examples of those standards),... More

we enjoy thai food once in a while and this place is good. recommended if you like thai cousin. i had a pad thai with chicken and it was delicious. portions are generous and cheap. maybe next time I have to ask for extra chicken as the dish came with a few pieces though.

This is the real deal. Best Thai food around. Spiced perfectly, tasty and incredibly fresh. We went for a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint!

Smallish restaurant but great capacity. The tables are very close together but I felt that added to the atmosphere - plus it gave you an opportunity to see what everyone else was eating. We started with a couple of appetizers that were amazing and weren't disappointed by the main course. I LOVE pad Thai and I know its not adventurous... More

This was as good a Thai meal as we've all had. The food was tasty, served perfectly and spicy hot! But not overwhelmingly spicy, just enough to bring out the flavors and explode in your mouth. We did need lots of water but the flavors just kept coming. The portions were large; we had a lot leftover for the next... More

Based on one of the best Thai restaurants in Boston rated by Zagat Survey and Boston Magazine, I just went for dinner with my best friend. We tried the Tod Mun & the Koo Chaii - Chive Dumpling were both delicious appetizers. Kow Mun Gai, Steamed chicken over special garlic rice with spicy black bean sauce was my personal favorite.... This is the best Thai in Boston. Prices are reasonable. The only downside is that the tables are right on top of each other and everyone can hear your conversation.
